I am very grateful to Diversified because this was my access to the labour market in Calgary. I consider it a good option for newcomers to be able to obtain a temporary job. I arrived in Canada in October, and that same month, I went to Diversified. Jessica Delgadillo attended to me and told me that I could visit or call if I wanted to check for any job openings.
Last Friday, I went to see her, and when I asked if there were any jobs I could apply for, she simply said, "no, Why do you come here?"
I responded that she told me that I could go and ask, but she denied it and said, "I never said that. It's annoying when you come here. If I don't call you, don't come." She talked to me in a rude way.
I don’t think that’s the right way to treat any client!!! Thanks to treatments like this, many people don't come back to the company.

I want to thank you for all the help you gave me at Diversified Staffing, especially the help I received from Jessica. She was always very attentive and supportive during my first days in Calgary. The work is hard, but it's important to always be responsible and do a good job wherever you go, so everyone wins. I recommend talking to Jessica if you're Latino or speak Spanish.
