TIPS Personnel (Head Office)

My experience today with TIPS was exceeding exceptional. The staff were professional, explained processes, positive outlooks with warm greetings. Elizabeth was amazing! Went over and beyond to explain all requirements. I feel confident I will get an assignment soon. Would I recommend TIPS? Absolutely! In a tough economy they help to keep optimistic.

They don't deserve even 1 star, I use to work for Tips in Ontario when they were good. When you actually got work daily. I went to register this morning the girl at the front is useless she just sits on her phone doing nothing she didn't even register my profile. These Clow agency's are a joke they don't have work but they tell you to show up, when u got a car and u ain't making money for the day it pointless. This is what the world has come to your better off looking for a,real job or taking social assistance at least you know your going to get something guaranteed. This is not guaranteed it's people trying to control you for small pay, don't waste your time with these clown agency's. The AI will replace them soon I rather deal with a robot at least they will give me an answer or acknowledge I'm there.

Hello, my name is Michael H. I registered to TIPS and started using their services at the end of November to early December and my experience have been nothing but positive so far. The staff members I've interacted with have always been warm and welcoming when I show up to the office, and often going above and beyond by sending out well wishes which often brighten up my day. Most importantly they have been providing me with daily employment throughout my limited time with them, and all the companies they have sent me to, the staff were always accommodating. Would I I recommend TIPS? Absolutely! TIPS services have been very helpful to throughout this winter and if you are considering using TIPS, they can be helpful to you as well. A positive attitude and a willingness to work provide you with a stable short or long term employment.

Honestly, this office helped me a lot during a time when I didn’t have any money and was looking for work everywhere. Then I came across this office, and they went above and beyond to help me find both full-time and temporary work. They’re super organized, reliable, and stick to everything they say. On top of that, they’re incredibly kind and professional. I’m so happy to be working with them, and I truly wish all the best and continued success to everyone working at and managing this amazing office.

My evidence towards this is the fact that you ask for "current skill with power tools" which is unmistakably disjointed for an "administrative assistant" role. Do not try and spin the tale to the public as if you're the "good guy" here. Beware if you apply to them through online job boards: they will keep your file on hand and contact you a month later if you're still interested in a job. This job, however, is unrelated to the job post that you've applied to on a online job board; it is temporary work that their business runs on. This critical and distinguishing information will not be disclosed to you, thus causing you to waste your time and effort in these trying times. I would not recommend applying to them through Indeed or any job boards as they will farm your resume and use it for other purposes.
