Claire is simply Amazing, she always does her best to accommodate & she makes it simple . Communication is always easy & positive. I believe she is great with building self confidence & show you to discover yourself. I’ve learned a lot from her. I love it how she always leaves me with a task to think about at the end of each session & we have a follow up the next session. First, the facility (Alberta Counselling Centre) was open on Sunday if you book an appointment. This is greatly appreciated and rare. This alleviates traffic, parking and crowds. Upon arrival, the building was easy to find and I had no issues with parking. The office was well appointed with a cozy waiting area. Clare was prompt and my appointment started on time. At the beginning, I was offered water and I saw another person with tea. This was a nice touch. The appointment was beneficial and Clare developed a rapport quickly, which was important. The appointment ended on time, which was respectful of the next person. The experience was very positive and I would highly recommend Alberta Counselling Centre.
