After a long time searching for insurance that was truly worth it in terms of service and cost, we found Mitzi Moreno. Honestly, no one compares to her. Out of all the insurance agents we spoke with, she was by far the most attentive, helpful, and incredibly kind from the very beginning. She answered all our questions, gave us lots of useful advice—which is especially important when you're new to the country—and most importantly, gave us the best price. We are very grateful to her and her entire team.

It was great having Mr. Salim as my agent, he helped me make the whole process smooth and tried to get me the lowest rate possible as a new driver. The new system-wide policy about new drivers needing 10 business days to get approved for insurance and the higher rates for new drivers became a hurdle but even with that, he explained everything clearly to me as there was nothing he could do about them. Overall, really good experience and all the steps were explained to me clearly. Would recommend.

Been working with Imran for a few years and sold my car a few months ago but waited to see if I'd be replacing it. Today I called to officially cancel since I only drive my company truck now and he was able to back date from when I sold my car and got me a fair return. Imran is awesome and I so appreciate the consistent help I've gotten from Ali and his associates over the past couple years. Thank you guys so much and I'll absolutely be going back with desjardins if I get another vehicle. Their rental insurance is also great which I still have with them
