The inspections both pre and post were scheduled quickly and were completed efficiently. The problem was my post inspection results and required invoices were not uploaded in a timely manner. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I emailed and then had to follow up with a phone call a couple of days later. Once the business administrative staff had the information, they quickly went about getting it rectified. When I asked to speak with the owner to share my concerns, I was told my concern would be passed on. I received email notification that all the required steps were completed and again asked to speak with the owner who was cc'd on my response. The owner has received my requests and has failed to reach out to discuss. I own a business and wanted to have a frank, honest discussion on how their system failed and apparently has no backup system for when both the inspector and the business admin go on holiday. As a result, my submission for funding was delayed and is now approaching 3 weeks. It's unfortunate that the business owner chooses not to engage with this dissatisfied customer. I do not recommend this business.
