I had a great experience at Best Buy Express thanks to Ali and Akaram. Both were extremely helpful in assisting me with picking up two SD cards. They provided excellent customer service very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It was a smooth and easy process. Really appreciated their support!

I came into Best Buy to set up a monthly plan with Virgin Plus, and honestly, I had such a great time! Big shoutout to Ali, Ash, and Ahmad—they were super helpful, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We even had some funny moments and good laughs, which made the experience even better. It’s rare to walk into a store and feel that comfortable and taken care of. Thank you all for the amazing service and the good vibes! And also Special thanks to Ahmad (once again!) and Ash for helping me score a great deal on AirPods—couldn’t be happier with my purchase. You guys seriously made my day. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!

July 2nd I went there to check it out. I got offered to switch my phone plan. So I did, I was also offered a new device as a trade in but I asked if I could come in tomorrow morning to do all that, I got the ok from the previous person who helped me to get my device traded in and upgraded. July 3rd I come in, I got told I have to wait a whole month before I could upgrade. Talk about misinformation. I went back in for nothing. Yesterday's service was great but today? Not so great as the employee's this morning on July 3rd were not helpful at all. I expected a smile like yesterday but no... No smiles this morning at all. Thus I give a 1 star review.
