I recently purchase a sofa cum bed from Best Buy furniture Calgary.i am super happy with the service they provide . Mangi and Garry bro, delivered the sofa cum bed safely and on time. The packaging was strong and secure, with no damage to the product. The dealing of staff was so good.
All of that , I really recommend this store for decorating your home.

I recently purchased a new mattress and sofa set from Calgary Best Buy Furniture & Mattress, and I’m very happy with both the products and the service. They have a great selection of styles and sizes, and the staff was very helpful without being pushy.

Fraud Alert – Avoid at All Costs!
I placed an order with this company expecting delivery within two weeks as promised. It’s now been nearly a year, and I’m still waiting for half of my order. I’ve called numerous times only to be hung up on by reception or given false assurances that never lead anywhere. The customer service is absolutely horrible—completely unprofessional and unreliable.
This experience has been a total nightmare, and based on the dozens of similar 1-star reviews, I’m clearly not alone. The few positive reviews seem fake or written by friends and family to boost their image. Don’t fall for it.
This business operates in bad faith. If you value your time, money, and sanity—stay far away from them. They shouldn’t even be allowed to continue operating.
