I would highly recommend AM PM limo service! We recently hired them to take us to celebrate my mom’s birthday – her 1st time in a limo at 75! Our driver Afu arrived 5 minutes early. He was very friendly and courteous. He encouraged us to play whatever music we liked. He took us to a great spot overlooking downtown and was very patient taking photos for us. We felt safe driving with him. The limo itself was very clean and still had that «new car smell» – a great experience overall! Thanks Afu!

Rented the new escalade limo and it was absolutley perfect!! This one is brand new and will elevate the vibes of any party!!! We got a few quotes and AM/PM was by far the best rates. I booked a limo for my friends 60th birthday! The booking process was simple and the communications ongoing were exceptional! Eric was so helpful with the smallest of questions (and there were a lot!). Dean – our driver on the day – was kind an patient! We had 4 pickups before the final destination. He took us to have photos done with the city as a backdrop and got us to the restaurant right on time! He was gracious enough to be our photographer too! Would absolutely rebook!

We had the pleasure of having Jeremy as our limousine driver on June 13, 2025, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Jeremy was punctual, professional, and incredibly courteous. He navigated everything seamlessly and ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the ride. The vehicle was immaculate, and his attention to detail truly reflected the high standards of the service.

I have used Cascade for 3 different occasions and each time has been nothing but the highest quality of service and standards. I’ve used an 8 passenger, a large stretch hummer and another midsized and they were clean and fully stocked.

Drivers were great as well very accommodating and Dean was excellent on our last trip when there were 6 screaming 10 year old girls hollering away. Made my daughters Birthday a memorable experience.

I booked a limo to drive my staff to the Stampede Rodeo and it was a terrific experience! Since we paid for an hour and it only takes 15 minutes to get to the stampede grounds our driver allowed us to make a quick stop then drove us around the downtown which was fun as the SUV limo was clean, air conditioned and comfortable. We really enjoyed the experience.

I reached out to A1 as i was told they were one of the only limo services that had a TV, a request i absolutely needed for my event. Shaun was very accommodating and provided great service as we planned every detail.

Fabulous company! My daughter celebrated her 22nd birthday with friends and they were absolutely thrilled with their ride and the driver, Tony. My advice to anyone booking this cab company is don’t have an online account with them . I always opt to pay in the car so I don’t get charged an authorization fee. Never had a problem with that until today just booking my cab they automatically charged me a $20 authorization fee so I canceled it thinking that it was a mistake. Rebooked again online I was charged again so I canceled the trip and I thought I’d phone it in I told the lady I couldn’t afford any authorization fee because I needed my money for medication she assured me I wouldn’t be charged and so when I got to the drugstore and went to pay I had no money because not only did they take an authorization fee but they took it 2 times so I was now out $40.00 when I called them they told me I had to wait until Monday to get my $40 back even tho both of those trips were canceled in the first place . Worst company ever !
I will say that you returned my money later that day. I don’t think you understand how badly that messed me up. I called and booked the ride that day after I canceled the online bookings and I told the operator that I needed the money to pay for my medication. It’s a long weekend my pharmacy was going to be closed. I’m very sick and have asthma I can barely breathe. I couldn’t get my inhaler that day because of your screw up. Not only could I not get my medication but I was also had to walk home and I can’t breathe at all right now even tho it’s not a far walk 10-15 min it’s all uphill. I had asthma attack. I also had to spend the money to go a second time to go get my medicine . I dont drive so I had to spend the cab money again to go get it . I wish I didn’t have to rely on taking cabs because it’s nothing but problems for me .

I have a couple more things to add to this that I’ve since discovered as well . You guys have sent me texts offering a 15% discount for booking with you guys and I’ve taken countless rides with you now in the last few months and I have not seen that discount applied even once . I checked all my invoices and I have never been given that . If you’re going to give that to a person you should follow thru with that and you give me a text after every time I’ve booked with you and never seen it once applied . Secondly I’ve noticed that some of your drivers have ripped me off when it cones to tipping.. I always ask them to add a 20% tip to the ride and I’ve been charged more than that on a few occasions . My advice to anyone using this cab company is do not leave it up to the driver to add it in themselves and just tap like I do because you can’t trust them just add it in yourself because they give you the option when paying I am usually in a hurry but I won’t be from now on.

Prebooked a taxi over the phone. The woman taking the booking had no knowledge of Calgary and struggled with basic location info. On the night, I called to check where the taxi was and she insisted it had already picked me up. I explained clearly that it hadn’t, she was talking about someone else. Instead of helping, she just hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. A total shambles from start to finish. Avoid.

First, the driver didn’t come to right place and we had to drag 3 suitcases down the street. Then he says its $6 more than app says (later he says $11) the cab was old and didn’t seem to have AC. I paid on the app $27 plus $15 for the supposed extra charges and a tip. He says it didn’t post and won’t let us out of the now boiling hot cab. I’ll never use united again.

Stole money from me and Unreliable transit option . Took a cab which was approx 20 min drive. As we pulled up to hotel, fare said around $30 and then within two seconds it jumped up to $50. I asked the driver to explain where the charge was coming from and he said «van fee». If there is a fee, this needs to be expressed to the customer BEFORE entering the cab, not after. I phoned the company and she confirmed there was a cab fee, of $6, not $20, and indeed it should have been explained to us before. I was promised I’d be contacted back, and not only was I not contacted, but I couldn’t get ahold of the company again to help me. Extremely disappointed and do not suggest using this cab company

The online booking system either doesn’t work or the dispatchers don’t know how to use it. I booked a taxi for the following morning for an early flight to the airport. I almost immediately got three separate drivers and a text message all waking me up as they tried to arrive immediately, late at night, to pick me up. Now I’m awake and mad and definitely using a different car service tomorrow.

I have been using your taxi service exclusively for several years. Until today, your drivers have always been exceptional. One problem we have had over the years, your app does not provide your drivers with the ability to find us. Unfortunately, this was an issue today.
The bigger issue, when your driver finally arrived, he raised his voice at me and blamed me for this.
His poor behaviour continued on our drive.
Had my husband not been with me, I would’ve canceled.
Unfortunately, it is unlikely will be using your taxi service again.

The fact this company has a 3.9 rating is ridiculous. I wrote a review for their other page already because I don’t want another bride to make the same mistake I did by booking them. Horrible service, not on time, rude owners.

This business is a chain, operating in Vancouver as well as Calgary (as per the website) I booked their services through the Vancouver location but I have no reason to believe the service in Calgary would be better due to the head office replies and mistreatment. Again, to all brides and consumers, stay away!

Our driver and van were great. He arrived early and was patient and helpful with my large family and dozen pieces of luggage. Harsh was a very safe and good driver.

I recently booked Quest Limos in Calgary for a Christmas lights tour and was utterly disappointed with the experience, prompting me to write this 1-star review. Firstly, the lighting in the limo malfunctioned shortly into our trip, leaving us with harsh white lights instead of the festive ambiance we anticipated. This significantly detracted from our enjoyment of the holiday lights.

Moreover, several blinds in the limo were broken, obstructing our view and further diminishing our experience. To add to our discomfort, the limo’s thermostat was poorly regulated, resulting in fogged windows throughout the trip. This issue made it difficult to appreciate the Christmas displays we were so excited to see.

I must note that our driver tried his best to address these issues, but unfortunately, they were beyond his control. After the trip, I reached out to Quest Limos management to express our dissatisfaction and was assured of a follow-up. However, their lack of response and failure to address our concerns have been deeply frustrating.

Given these numerous shortcomings, including the terrible sound system, dysfunctional lights, inadequate climate control, and the disappointing response from management, I strongly recommend against booking with Quest Limos. The overall quality of service and customer care is severely lacking, and it’s clear that they do not value client feedback or satisfaction. Save your time and money by choosing a more reliable and responsive service for your special occasions.

Allied Limousine driver passing in the right lane that becomes blocked. Then deliberately forces himself left into my lane, while still being on the same level. Only my braking avoided a collision. Black Cadillac XT6 SUV 400, plate number 0-CJ285, 18. June 2025, 16:20. North connector from 16th Ave to Deerfoot Trail North. If he’s not already, this driver will become a liability for the company.

Used Allied Limo Services for my trip to the airport. The driver arrived before time and was very professional and kind. The car was clean. The only issue I had was the customer service staff mentioned I would receive a message on my cell phone with the driver’s details but on the morning of the flight when I did not get a message and called the dispatcher they said that’s it’s an email they send plus I had to call twice to get the details.

I booked a pick up from my hotel a couple of months in advance, and it was easy to do online. The day of my trip the tour Director told us that you had to clear customs at the airport returning to the US so I called to move the pick up time earlier and they were very accommodating. We had a 1045 pick up and we were ready at 10:30 and the driver was already there. The experience was great. The driver was very friendly and helpful. He drove carefully. The limo was spotless and rode very comfortably. We had taken a taxi from the airport, and this did not cost all that much more than the taxi. I would definitely use this company again with my highest recommendation.

Had to update, in addition to the below mess up, the company showed up to bring us home. HOWEVER AND PLEASE NOTE: We asked for, and were quoted for, TWO vehicles large enough to fit 9 people. We were quote $80 for each. They sent 3 sedans that only hold 3 each. We had to pay for 3 cars at $110 each. So $330 instead of my quoted $160. I would have paid less than half just to use our usual cab service for 3 cars. VERY BIG RIP OFF, BAD QUOTE.

Unfortunately I booked two vehicles for 5 people each, for two different locations, going to the airport, and one was canceled without us being told, or any phone call to check that it was indeed two vehicles. I received two separate confirmation emails and was assured we had two vehicles. We did not. We were waiting for a half hour for a vehicle that initially did not show up, which I had to call for in a panic, twice, to show up an hour late for friends and flight. The vehicle that was sent was way too small for 5 people and we had to literally cram 4 people into a back seat. To be fair, the dispatch lady and our ultimate driver were very nice. Unfortunately we cannot trust the rest of this company and cannot recommend them for anything important. We still had to pay full price …. incidentally, our airport pick up in Los Angeles was flawless.

Worst drivers in the city! Was ran off the road on Deerfoot Trail by an Ally limousine Buick! Do not use this company unless you want the scariest ride of your life!! Teacher, useless drivers, how to drive before you put them on the roads of Calgary! Your company, and all its employees are worthless!

My wife and I used Limo To Go for airport to lodge transportation and for a day trip to tour Banff and Lake Louise. Carol was great to deal with for setting things up and I would highly recommend Donnie for your driver. He knows the area, the people, the places to eat and is just a good guy. All of their vehicles were clean and in excellent condition and Donnie was a safe and friendly driver. We used their services for our airport travel from Calgary, around Kananaskis, Banff and Lake Louise.

We used Limo to Go for our wedding in September 2023. They were an absolute dream to work with, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for limo/luxury car services. Limo service is brutal. Our driver was 10 minutes late picking us up. We booked for an hour and our driver tried to drop us off after 30 minutes of driving. We called the office and they were very unprofessional and rude and told us the driver will drive around for another 20 minutes but then he’s dropping us off. The driver then drove around very aggressively for the next 20 minutes while turning the a/c off. Will not be using this service again and I would highly recommend using another service!
