Dr. Hover and his team are awesome! Super honest, organized, and easy to talk to. They made the whole eye exam experience smooth and stress-free. Plus, the prices are great and there’s a really good selection of glasses to choose from. Definitely recommend checking them out

From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, the staff here is determined to take care of you! Everyone is so kind and provides exceptional service. I've been a patient here since I was just a kid, and I truly think they keep getting better every year. To me, the level of service and the quality of the eyewear is worth every penny. I want to give a heartfelt compliment to Christine for providing an exceptional shopping experience—not only on the day I chose my sunglasses but also when I came to pick them up. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. I can confidently say she offered the best customer service I’ve experienced at this store. I’ve been going to Dr. Bishop & Associates for years, and it’s consistently been a great experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, always making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The seating area is comfortable, creating a relaxing environment while you wait for your appointment.
The exam rooms are clean, modern, and well-organized, adding to the overall professional yet comfortable atmosphere.
A special mention goes to Dr. Tailor, who has been my optometrist since forever. He’s amazing—knowledgeable, approachable, and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I’ve always appreciated how friendly and understanding he is, making every visit enjoyable.
I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-notch eye care in Calgary. It’s a fantastic team, and you’ll be in great hands!

I wrote a review awhile ago that was not very complimentary. I was having big issues with my new glasses and had been back several times for them to try and fix them. Now, I must applaud them, because after many attempts they are finally good. Thank you very much for your continued patience and finally getting them correct. I am now a happy customer.

Wonderful customer service today during my yearly exam, as always. From the check-in, eye tests, and checkout, all of the ladies were friendly and professional. I've been seeing Dr. Tailor for many years and he is always great at explaining and addressing my concerns. He also takes the time to catch up and walk you out after the exam, which is really lovely to see for a busy office.

First time I went to get my contact lens fitted was very difficult for me, the second time I went today I had the privilege of having Elizabeth help me, she made it so easy and was really encouraging! Elizabeth taught me so well, and showed me alternate ways to do it! I didn't feel any pressure while working with Elizabeth! Thank you!
