I was able to join the Alliance Française for a tour of Studio Bell in French. It was really great! An excellent tour and a fun way to practice French. The AF really is the best place in Calgary for French culture and to learn French! J'ai pu me joindre à l'Alliance française pour une visite du Studio Bell en français. C'était vraiment génial ! Une excellente visite et une façon amusante de pratiquer le français. L'AF est vraiment le meilleur endroit à Calgary pour la culture française et pour apprendre le français !

Great place if you want to learn French, get to know French culture. They have a huge French books library for all levels. Great teachers! Very nice people. Great place to practice or improve your language or to meet new people. It is good for all levels

The AF team of teachers are fantastic! They are professional, engaging and help to cultivate the Alliance Community. There is plenty of focus on conversation, so grammar supports learning to this end, but speaking with improved confidence and ability is the end goal. Take some classes and quickly become immersed in the extracurricular activities and develop friendships in French.

I have really enjoyed taking French classes here. The pace is not too fast and you focus on one area each class, giving you plenty of time to improve your vocabulary and grammar. I highly recommend to take classes here!

I have just completed my first beginner course at AF. I have added greatly to my rudimentary French and learned many interesting things about French culture. The classes were enjoyable and captivating. The instructor was excellent, kind and patient. It was a small class of 6 students so everyone received personal attention from the instructor. We came to know one another and were not shy to speak French together. The classroom was bright and well equipped. C Space is a lovely building and has a French library and a small cafe. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
