Toscana Italian Grill on 10th

I first visited last Friday and I plan to return. The food, service, atmosphere and service were all stop shelf. I plan to bring as many people to this restaurant so they can experience the same thing I did. Spread the word, the happy hour is fantastic and the bacon carbonara was one of the best I have ever tasted. This restaurant is perfect for happy hour, for date night, for a business meeting, everything. I strongly recommend paying a visit.

First night in Calgary and looking for a place to eat, that was an easy walk from the Fairmont hotel. Toscana was just a few blocks away. It was a Sunday night, and there were only a few other tables of people. Got seated right away. We had a party of 6. Got settled in right away with waters and menus. Our server was super friendly. I ordered the Basil Hugo Spritz, which was a great choice. Very refreshing, not to strong. We decided on a couple of pizzas. A cheese, sausage, onion, and the other was Honey Drizzle (pesto sauce, toasted almonds, arugula, honey) Both were very good. Nice crust (but could have been a little thinner/crispier). Overall a good experience. Service was a bit spotting, and we had to keep looking for our server to get the bill. Would stop in again.

Toscana Italian Grill offers an amazing atmosphere that perfectly blends warmth and elegance. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a super friendly staff that makes you feel right at home. The bar is a standout feature—stylish, vibrant, and a great spot to start your evening. The appetizers are absolutely delicious and set the tone for the rest of the meal. You *must* order a pizza for the table—crispy, flavorful, and crafted with care. Be sure to ask about their specials, too; every dish seems to outdo the last. And whatever you do, save room for dessert! It’s the perfect sweet finish to a fantastic dining experience. Toscana is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again.

Came here with a friend for dinner and really enjoyed it, we'll definitely be back! We had Max as our server and he was fantastic. The service was super fast too! We shared the aranchini which were some of the best, crispy outside and tasty filling. The butternut ravioli was my favorite pasta dish, but the gnocchi and one with peppers and tomatoes were right behind it. The gnocchi were probably some of the fluffiest I've had! Portion sizes were really good for the price too.

We are very pleased with our experience at Toscana. We arrived with our reservation at 6 PM. Our server Lindsay was thoughtful, considerate, and very knowledgeable. The menu was very diverse, giving us plenty of options to choose from with a very moderate price of $60 per person. Very happy to see that this business was doing well seeing how quickly the restaurant filled up. The food was excellent, and you can truly taste the authenticity and how much the chefs care. The owner came over and wished us a happy Valentines, you can see how much he cares for his staff and the patrons that come in ensuring they enjoy their time. I truly hope this business succeeds and will be returning to try other menu options.

I stopped by to check out the atmosphere and see if it was my kind of place,,, and wow, I was seriously impressed! I was lucky enough to be seated near the bar where Megan took care of us, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was absolutely incredible, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The vibe, the drinks, the energy, everything exceeded my expectations. The appetizers were fantastic, full of flavor and beautifully presented. But whatever you do, leave room for dessert! Their cheesecake is hands down the best I’ve ever had, rich, smooth, perfectly balanced. I’ve tried a lot of desserts in professional, high-end places, and this one easily tops them all. It’s truly unforgettable. Megan even took the time to show us the VIP room, and her kindness and enthusiasm made the experience even more memorable. I’m already planning to come back with friends and can’t wait to book the room for my birthday! Huge thanks to Megan and the entire team for creating such an amazing experience. Thanks team! Will be back!

We’ve enjoyed the south location of Tuscanna before so we really wanted to enjoy our experience at the new location on 10th. Even though there wasn’t more than five tables, the food took quite a while to come out. The portions were very large, but the quality and flavor of food wasn’t great. The staff was pleasant and friendly.
