Food Works Craft Catering

The team at Foodworks did a great job of catering our corporate holiday party! Garret was very patient through the planning process, accommodating our multiple changes and substitutions. All the food was well-received and service was incredible; we would use them again for future events. Our favourite canapes were the crispy smashed potatoes and proscuitto-wrapped jumbo prawns. Everyone loved the loaded nacho boats and pretzels for grazing as well. Next time, we would choose the steak short plate instead of the potato gnocchi. The only feedback would be to display flavours for the desserts (macarons/cream puffs) since there were a few people who were not fond of the mint and chocolate pairings.

We’ve had Food Works Catering at our office several times, and every meal has been a hit. The food is consistently delicious, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. Our employees rave about it and regularly request to have them back every month. Food Works brings great variety and creativity to every menu they build, making each experience feel fresh and unique. Not only are they fairly priced, but they’re also incredibly thoughtful when it comes to dietary restrictions. Working with them is always a great experience!

Our wedding food was absolutely fantastic thanks to Garret and the team at Food Works Craft Catering! Our guests really were blown away by not only the food but the service as well! From Handmade Bao Buns & Tater Tots for our Late Night Snack to Chicken Supreme stuffed with Wild Mushrooms & Leeks, our Menu was spectacular start to finish. Garret really went above and beyond throughout the whole planning process as well, from creating our tailored menu to working out the day of details, Garret made sure everything was taken care of so the day could flow smoothly! Not to mention Garret and his team stepped up to assist wherever we needed extra hands from Bar Service to cake cutting and serving our desserts, the Food Works team really made our event go off without a hitch! Cannot reccomend this catering team enough!

The food was absolutely outstanding—delicious, beautifully presented, and a perfect day. Our guests are still raving about dinner and desserts! WE LOVE FOOD WORKS! Chef Garret & Food Works catered our evening, cocktail-style wedding and we could not have been happier with their work. Garret collaborated with us to create an elegant & modern Italian-inspired menu of passed canapés, small plates, desserts, and late-night snacks. The menu was catered to our taste and included items that were suited to everyone in the crowd. We and our guests were treated to absolutely delicious food, literally everyone loved & raved about it! Chef Garret & the team at Food Works are talented, professional, flexible, and genuinely really kind & cool people who are really fun! We googled to find a caterer for a small event and landed on Food Works Craft Catering and are we ever glad we did! Garret responded to my random "contact us" and was a professional, reliable pleasure to plan with. We asked for food ideas and Garret presented a menu we readily accepted and he hit the nail on the head for our event. Chef Carlos made the tastiest, most beautiful food and Melissa worked her magic effortlessly throughout the night, making sure everyone was attended to. We truly enjoyed the team and especially the food, which made the night! Everyone was happy. We already have plans with Food Works Craft Catering moving forward and can't wait - a true pleasure to work with!

Garret worked with us through all of the changes with the COVID-19 pandemic and our ever changing wedding plans. He ultimately was able to cater our anniversary party, and the food was the highlight of the party. All of the food was elegant and beautifully presented. We are so grateful for Garret's flexibility with our event and are thrilled with his services and could not recommend a better caterer. It was an incredible experience and some of the best food we have ever had!
