I had an amazing experience at this clinic—10/10! Dr. Leah Thorpe was incredibly helpful, patient, and client-focused, making me feel comfortable throughout my entire appointment. She even provided me with trial contact lenses, which was a great bonus. The receptionist was also fantastic, helping me pick out glasses with honest and thoughtful recommendations. When my glasses were ready, I received a text notification, and the gentleman at the front was so kind and welcoming. Their pricing was also great, especially with the sales they had going on. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish!

Elvis is the best guy to help you pick out stylish shades and encourage you to be brave! There was an issue with fitting my new lenses to my old frames but they were great at keeping me informed of the issue and offered free replacement frames. Then Elvis went above and beyond and managed to find a new pair of my old frames. I was astonished. He is truly the best!!

Had a great experience today. Popped in to browse as several friends had some great statement frames that they had bought there. Staff was super friendly and helpful and just had the best vibe. I ended up falling in love with a particular pair and purchased on the spot. They direct charged my insurance and I was floored by how inexpensive it was. Hands down the cheapest prices in town, love the all-in pricing. Shout out to Elvis for the assistance and advice, he really made my visit memorable and easy. Will be recommending to my friends.

Dr. Cora Holaday was so pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. I felt very well taken care of by her. Plus she was super easy to talk to. Elvis helped me select multiple frames that suited me best and even tightened up the current pair of glasses I was wearing so that they fit my face better. He was so helpful and fun! I had a great experience at the Bailey Nelson in Kensington. All staff were welcoming and kind. I left in high spirits!

Excellent optometrist! She conducted a thorough eye exam for both me and my wife. The staff were equally professional and welcoming. We truly appreciated that there was no pressure to buy anything, and we left feeling completely satisfied. Keep up the great work.

Went into the check out some glasses and were immediately greeted by Elvis who offered assistance. He even fixed my current glasses (that weren’t Bailey Nelson)! Clearly someone who loves their job. And they have a better selection than the store at Chinook. Highly recommend! Very positive experience even though we didn’t buy anything today.
