I am very impressed with the great customer service! I had a great time and I got some cool new glasses!
Haven’t had glasses in a few years due to budget, but now I can see clear as day!
When I came in to pick up my cool glasses & sunnies I saw a hawk out the window and it flew close to the window and I was able to see it in stunning detail with my new glasses!!

My husband & I have been going to Calgary Family Eye Clinic for many years. The front desk staff & eye technicians are always attentive & very pleasant. All our questions were expertly answered when choosing from a good selection of frames & lenses. Dr Gerlitz was especially knowledgeable, kind, upbeat and very flexible to adjust my husband’s eye exam when he was diagnosed with visual challenges, due to Alzheimer’s.
Dr Stocks provided excellent information & recommendations when cataract surgery was being considered.
Parking is free and SW location is convenient.
We would highly recommend Calgary Family Eye Doctors!!

Can't say enough about Dr. Brent and his staff! Amazing service! Dr. Brent is an extreme professional who has a passion for what he does and he never stops researching and learning. On top of that he is thorough, kind and caring with his patients. My kids love him and I wouldn't trust anyone else with our family's eye care.

All the staff are welcoming and friendly. They offer personalized service for everyone.
Since it’s my daughter’s first time to have her eyes checked, the doctor willingly and clearly discussed about the results of her eye exam and gave her ways to prevent further damage to her eyes.
Ashlee was superb too! She gave unbiased opinion and suggestions while my daughter pick her frame.
Overall, the experience was satisfactory.

I brought my toddler in for their first eye exam with Dr. Lee. The visit went so well! The technician was fantastic and really friendly. I felt like the exam was comprehensive and tailored to my toddler. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lee and Calgary Family Eye Doctors.

An all-round great practice. Staff are friendly and attentive. I've been a patient of Dr. Hopfauf's for years, and he's exceptionally thorough and explains any issues you may have in detail.
A previous practice I was at made you feel like you were at a mill, with the doctors trying to rush through as many patients as possible in a day. You really feel the patient comes first here.
Great, large selection of reasonably-priced frames, with several fancier designer lines for those so inclined.

My experience at Calgary Family Eye Doctors office was excellent! I was greeted immediately and looked at glasses frames and lenses while waiting for my appointment to have my eyes examined. The eye checks were well executed and discussion was easy and friendly. Dr. Gerlitz was not rushed and explained all of her observations and determinations as well as I am able to understand as a patient without talking beyond my comprehension. Is am very happy with that appointment. The eye glasses presentation and selection was very good and did not steer toward expensive frames but focused on appearance. I appreciate that consideration and judgment of suitability to facial and prescription fit and function. I highly recommend Calgary Family Eye Doctors as a complete eye care experience! Thank-you.
