I was very impressed with my experience at Westside. All of the staff and Dr Cran were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have had issues with pelvic floor health and recurrent UTIs for years and tried 6 sessions of the Emsella chair. I went to Waxwell today for the first time and WOW. I have never had my brows professionally done because I’ve always been so afraid that I wouldn’t like the look of them. I booked in for a brow tint, wax and lamination.
Waxwell took amazing care of me! Helping me decide what type of look I wanted, talking through the different brow shades and shapes. The owner, Katherine is so polite, welcoming and kind.

I’ve been struggling with cystic acne for almost a year, and after trying so many things, I finally started AeroLaser treatments with Joissey and I’m so glad I did. I’ve had 5 sessions so far (out of the 8 we’ve planned), and the results have been incredible. The cystic breakouts that used to keep coming back have calmed down significantly. The areas where I used to get constant flare-ups have cleared up so much, and the purging process really helped bring everything to the surface in the beginning.
