Called them for understanding on a specific matter, regarding family law. Very rude behaviour on phone, shouted and disconnected while I was talking. Quite unprofessional! Expected better seeing the reviews.

As legal professionals and individuals in a service-oriented field, I expected a higher standard of communication, particularly when it comes to clearly expressing requirements. I merely requested her to slow down, but she responded by saying she was busy and abruptly ended the call. This incident highlights a lack of effective communication and consideration in conveying one’s needs. It is ultimately your choice how you engage with clients, prospects, and inquiries, but I hope this feedback is taken constructively. FYI - I never asked to fill up forms, and being busy shouldn’t be the reason to show up unprofessional!
