I had a great experience working with Jenelle Byer on finding home insurance for our first home.
She is an excellent and fast communicator, thorough with information-sharing, and so efficient. The things that set her apart from other brokers we tried, were her transparency, offering policies from multiple insurance companies with comparisons to help you make an informed personal decision instead of boasting a single company as the best, and focusing on the client’s specific insurance needs. She worked hard to secure a great premium for us with a company that had good coverage that suited our needs & our specific risk threshold. Incredibly reliable, responsive and knowledgeable. Thank you Jenelle for making this part of our first-home-buying journey easy.

She is knowledgeable, professional and an amazing person to work with. I worked with Christian Cardona who is new here and I am extremely grateful for how quick and efficient Christian worked and how fast he was at responding. Jenelle has been my broker for the last few months since starting a new vehicle policy, as well as home insurance recently; and has been absolutely fantastic every step of the way. Super kind and professional, as well as quick with responses and dealing with any other questions, roadblocks and personal setbacks I've had along the way. (and there's been a lot).
If every broker is anywhere near as good as she is, I can't recommend them enough.
