I owned a condo in Sage Hill walk since 6 months ago and found they have a great team service. Condo has a great finishing and quality. Brad is very nice to talk to and always trying to help when you have any questions or concern. Great person and manager. We’re very happy to move there.

Logel Homes was amazing to deal with. The process was very seamless, updates were provided automatically and everyone was very helpful. The walk through (I wish I could remember the gentlemans name) was very insightful and provided all the information we needed to know about the building and our unit. Scott and his sales team were always very responsive with questions and friendly when we popped in for different reasons 🙂 Overall, it's been an enjoyable adventure.

Absolutely amazing sales team. Easy to work with. Felt like we built a personal relationship with the builder as they were responsive, kind and fair in all requests. The walk through was conforming and showed pride of the workman ship. The Trade/ site Supervisor was Absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make this purchase worth every dollar.

Christian the construction completion specialist has been absolutely amazing! His attention to detail is phenomenal and everything he has done for me already has been top notch. Helped with the full walk through and his standards are so high. Had a small issue on my window after possession (turned out to be really nothing) but he came over immediately and fixed it. Super nice guy. Logel is lucky to have him!

Purchased a town home in Silverton with Logel this past month. From the moment we had first contact with the Logel representative (Lauren) it was seamless. She treated me and my Realtor both great. Sometimes not always the case with builders! Lauren went above and beyond to help this deal come together. The home itself is built beautifully and the white glove service was top notch.

Been 6 months in our new-built home now and I cant say enough about the team: especially, Lauren and Mark. Lauren helped us with the purchase and selections, making sure we have the best and stress-free experience from outside of AB. She was so nice to take time out for us to go over our selections via video calls and gave us regular updates! Mark from warranty team is another gem- so helpful, kind and ready to help no matter the ask! Shoutout to Chris and Dean, they’re amazing and did a great job with the TH 🙂
