I went in for a 4 TB laptop drive upgrade and 64 gb ram upgrade. I was told 3-5 business days. I paid extra for priority fix as i run my side business off my laptop. Staff was great. They told me 1-2 business days for priority paid price... the called me in a hour and said it was done!!! Amazing work guys. Love this shop!

I was completely frustrated with the store and its service. Firstly, it was difficult to understand where the entrance was. The entrance is not obvious, and there is a lack of its signs. Secondly, I came to the store as previously in this branch I had a positive experience, but that was another store, and I came to choose a mouse. Thirdly, all of the equipment was closed on the shelfs. I felt myself as I was in the US and I was a thief. There were a few mice but they were sticked to the plate. How they suppose that a customer should feel it if its not mooving?? The service is awful: no one has come and asked about my needs. I was frustrated, turned around and when almost came out, some guy on a cashier waived his hand and asked whether I needed help or something. I was so angry and mad that I didn't need his help anymore. In conclusion: the service is bad, and the most awful that all items are in the cases, gates, under the bars, no options to see, touch or feel an item. They'd rather hide all monitors and screens on boxes if they are afraid of stealing, damaging etc. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store.

Bought a pro z790-s wifi msi board and a cpu cooler today. Employee was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I wanted budget parts so, Very much appreciated being given budget options instead of being upsold. As a small female I also appreciated not being talked down to or being treated like I'm stupid despite my questions. Dylan F was phenomenal and I hope he gets the credit.

Michael Nguyen assisted me today. I haven't been at this location before so within the first 1-2 steps I was overwhelmed with the amount of stock that was available compared to other locations. Within my 3rd-4th step Michael spotted me and asked if I needed help looking for anything. I work in construction and had a long day, so having someone that was knowledgeable, quick, personable, and efficient gave me the best possible experience I could have asked for. I was in and out not only with the items I was coming in the store for but with more information about my products. I'll be returning to this location in the future. Thank you Michael.

Went in unsure what I was looking for, been without a desktop for 15years. David immediately introduced himself and I explained my situation. Not only did he give me new insights to all the new tech, but he also ran by different ideas. In the end we settled on custom build and I couldn't be happier. I look forward to setting it all up. I highly recommend David, for his understanding and knowledge. I'll definitely return should I need anything in the future. I'll also pass along recommendations to friends to visit him and the store.

Very welcoming and first impression of the store. I had already built my wish list therefore making my experience very snappy yet very informative. Do not remember who assisted me but the receipt says Davidmi so thank you so much for helping me today. Really excited to start up my first build!
