Catherine, Todd & Derek did wonderful work to our newly purchased home! They were friendly, hard working, and did an amazing job! We had our poly-B replaced, new drainage, and a few more things done! Our home is now comfortable and opperating smoothly. They took the time to troubleshoot and clearly communicate what was wrong and how it would be fixed. Todd was so kind to even fix some of our venting in the house. Wonderful reviews for all 3, even when the job was a bit tricky, they handled it with ease and showed up each day with smiles and warm conversation. They left our home clean and smelling nice, and prices quoted were fair. Impressed with their quick turnaround, work was booked in and all completed within a week of our inspector Don's initial visit!. Thank you Mr.Mikes!

Catherine and Derek really saved the day!!
I noticed in the morning we had a back up issue in our bathroom. I spoke with Derek and he was able to quickly set up an appointment for me with Catherine.
She called when she was on her way, and I also got an automated text with her info which was a nice touch.
She quickly got to work finding the source of our issue and getting it repaired. Within a few hours we had water again.
She also educated me on a few things to prevent this and other issues going forward.
What could have been a super stressful day with a newborn, was quickly resolved.
I am so thankful I called them to help and would definitely recommend Mr Mikes to others as their go to plumbing company.

As a property manager, I had to make the call on Sunday for an after hours call. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by their customer service on a Sunday afternoon. The rep was top notch (I believe Julio). The tech arrived within the scheduled time and Brad was phenomenal. So knowledgeable. He called with updates, let me know how to reach him, and called with a follow up at the end. Everything fixed! I deal with many trades and I can honestly say it was seamless. Thank you for saving the day. I’ll be sure to use Mr Mikes whenever it’s needed.

Todd came by to fix some plumbing issues and install a bidet. Figured out the issues pretty quick and provided a few quotes right away. Everything works perfectly now - will definitely request him for the next jobs I need done! Great guy to chat with as well.

In general great experience!! When our water heater decided to stop working, Donald was available and at our house right away to diagnose the issue and were able to get our new water heater installed and completely set up by the next day. Kevin and Jared completed the installation and they were also fantastic. Great experience all around. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone

Called for natural gas fitting. Andrew was very knowledgable and walked me through options and what he needed to do. The work was done quickly but not lacking in detail and quality parts. Also had him look at broken outdoor faucet which I will have them fix. Friendly, high quality service!
