We had Thaer come to fix a p. Trap problem we weren't able to fix. He came and tried to work with the parts we had already bought and adjusted the service to our needs going above and beyond to help us out as much as he could. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend him and the company based on our experience today.

Thaer came in and fixed our outdoor faucet that had been flooding our basement. We are just renting the house so couldn't help him with too much information about the house but he found the problem and fixed it efficiently, went above and beyond to install a valve to help us close the pipe in the winter and explained everything we needed to know about the job in ways that were easy for us to understand. Was a great experience overall so glad he was sent to help us!
