We were so grateful to have Marty come out for the various inspection stages of our new home. We were so thrilled with Nook & Cranny’s amazing admin Cassandra, and Marty who both were excellent in communicating with us. Marty took tremendous photos at each stage and gave great advice about our final walk through and other home maintenance tips. Highly highly recommend !

He took the time to explain everything clearly, flagged things we would’ve never noticed, and made sure we understood what was a real concern versus what was cosmetic or typical. If only every inspector were this knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Highly recommend him if you want someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing and cares about getting it right.

I had a very great experience with this company. I’m so happy I went with them. Had Marty come do the home inspection for my one year warranty check and I felt really comfortable as he seemed really experienced with this. He was able to pick out things I never would have found out by myself, and I feel so confident about the structure of my home after the inspection.
