Marty is the man. Down to earth, easy to work with, and most importantly, he knows his sh!t. You can have complete peace of mind if you’re using him or his team. I loved working with Marty and will 100% use him again, and definitely recommend him to anyone reading this!

Marty provided an absolutely outstanding experience. His thoroughness was truly impressive; he meticulously identified critical issues such as our ventilation not being fully connected into the attic and the kitchen fan not being properly sealed, which was causing airflow to return into the kitchen. Beyond his expertise, Marty's friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge immediately put us at ease and built our trust. The home inspection proved incredibly valuable, giving us immense peace of mind and equipping us with all the necessary information to confidently address these concerns with our builder. Brian Imler did an inspection for us for a potential home purchase. He did an amazing job. He was extremely professional, polite and friendly. He was easy going and very thorough in his inspection. The amount of equipment used and time spent showed the dedication of this company and its employees in doing the best job possible. Brian went through all the findings with us as soon as he was done and answered all our questions and put any concerns at ease with detailed explanations. The report was excellent and comprehensive and the photos are amazing too. The presentation of everything exceeded all expectations.
We will definitely use Nook and Cranny Inspections for any and all inspections going forward.

We had our Pre Possession home inspection on our new build with Marty and it was great! He was very detailed, professional and personable. We bought a spec home and knew we wanted to have Marty come look at our home before we took possession. Some pretty minor things were found but overall the house is in great condition which we were very glad to hear! He pointed out things I didn’t even think of prior to our walk through with the builder.
