I called in after being told by another company a month and a half wait to tend to a wasp nest in our hot tub even after mentioning my husband was deathly allergic. The lady that took my call was so sweet, she got a service guy out to me in a couple of hours! Dispite being short staffed. They respected that I had a meeting and worked around it. The gentleman that can was super nice, sprayed the nest and took care of removal right away. Orkin was recommended by a friend of mine and I can see why. Any further issues I have I will not hesitate to call them again! Thank you for amazing friendly customer service!
