Got a mechanical room makeover! Stuart and his team provided us with exceptional service and best in town pricing for all items we replaced. Definitely recommend Pete the Plumber for Furnace installation, Hot water tank, Water Softener and , central humidifier. We will definitely reach out to them again when we want to install A/C. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

I’ve used Pete the plumber and electrician before for my workplace but this is the first time I’ve used them for my home. Connor came and changed out two tub spouts that I was having problems with and he was wonderful. Super nice guy who was friendly and efficient! I also love the folks answering the phones, they’re always so pleasant. 10/10 would use again. I also think they are very reasonably priced! Thanks Pete the plumber team!

Tyler was the repair person that showed up to replace the hot water tank. Instead of replacing it, he fixed it! That of course ended up being a SIGNIFICANT cost savings! He was very earnest and wonderful. (Tyler was also very calm and easy going about the dogs who were pretty sure he was a dangerous intruder.) It was just a really unexpectedly good experience. Thank you for the exceptional care and integrity that came with this in-house appointment. Pete the Plumber, you've got a great employee in Tyler!

Another very satisfied customer! I had wanted to have an air conditioner and furnace tune-up because it had been several years since the last one. After comparing prices at a couple of places, I settled on Pete the Plumber. The offered very attractive package price. Eric Chanthabantith was the technician who came out, and he was excellent! He explained everything he was doing, was patient, and very methodical. He had a friendly and warm personality, and his technical skills were very evident. He gave me some advice about things that I could do to ensure the longevity of the equipment. Highly recommended.

I had Brett over to do a bit of electrical work and it turned out that I also needed a plumber. Brett was quick, tidy and friendly, and he also arranged for Michael to come and do the plumbing work. Michael was also very friendly and I was happy with the work that he did. The service was 100% and I’d have both of them back for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

I'd like to say thanks for the quick response time and the overall experience. This was my first time calling Pete the Plumber. My hot water heater sprung a leak. I made an appointment. Tyler Leslie called first and showed up early for the scheduled appointment. He was a nice guy, he worked quick, was respectful to my house; laying carpet on my tile and moving furniture out of the way. He completed the job fast, and the work looked great. Took the time to run through any questions I had and to go over operation and future maintenance. I'd recommend this service and Tyler anyday. Thanks for the help.

Feb 19 2025 - Called Pete the Plumber over the family day long weekend, for a small leak in our basement ceiling. Not a panic so we were ok with the Tech coming on Tuesday Feb 19. JJ showed up on time (10 mins early !!!!!!!! - That's on time to me !) and was quickly able to assess the leak, offer up the solution and complete the repairs. Calling Pete the Plumber was a no-brainer based on our last project they did for us. Once again, they did NOT disappoint. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks for your help today JJ !
