Been looking for the groomer who could do my dog’s fairly simple shave down to the neat and tidy standard I both want and need. My pup and I are a therapy dog team with PALS, so it’s important that he’s easy to clean between facility visits!

Muttley Crue not only met, but exceeded my expectations.

His ears were properly cleaned and plucked too! Poodle people know how important this is! The salon is cage-free, as long as your pup is social. Which means that Sirius got to hang out and play with other pups a bit between stages of the grooming. He came home both super clean/tidy, and tired. Well worth the $165 +tax and tip I paid!

We take our pup in for grooming and she always comes out looking glamorous! The team does an amazing job and she always has the best day while she’s there. Thank you so much for making our pupper look so good!

Tiffany did an amazing job with our grooming our dog. She has never looked so great! She made her feel very comfortable and pampered and the groom was very well done. Will be back for sure!

Being new dog owners to a sweet rescue dog we received a recommendation to bring our little guy to Muttley Crue. It felt scary for us, but once we left him we knew he was in great hands. From a warm welcome once we walked in to a very tidy facility, seeing all the cute pups getting groomed made us feel so much better! They did an amazing job cleaning up Ash! We highly recommend Muttley Crue and will be returning! Thanks again!

They staff here are fantastic. It was our first time here and I felt very comfortable leaving Tucker with them for his grooming. When he got home he fell asleep, just from that I knew he had fun.

Stella is super shy puppy and bit timid with people so I was bit worried about her but they took their time to know her and grouped her with other gentle dogs to get to know each others! Stella had such a blast!

As the owner of an anxious dog who requires specific care, I am so lucky to have found The Petropolitan! Being turned away from many other facilities in the city due to my dog’s exceptional needs was disheartening. But, The Petropolitan has worked with me to create a specialized care plan for my dog during his daycare and boarding stays. The Petropolitan is highly communicative and truly has given me the peace of mind to leave my dog in a space where I know he is being loved and cared for. Thank you staff, you truly are a blessing!!

Update: After my review, the owner, Hailey, reached out to apologize, acknowledged the issues, and gave me a full refund. She also sent me Teddy’s internal care records, which showed he was fed and checked on. This level of care is the bare minimum and should’ve been included in the report cards, as it is for other guests — so I’ve updated my rating from 1 to 2 stars.

While I’m still disappointed and don’t plan to return, I do believe my feedback was taken seriously, and I hope it leads to better experiences for others.

I booked the luxury suite and TLC package for my dog, who has IVDD and specific care needs. During the tour and check-in, I requested that stairs be placed in the suite so he could safely access the bed. I was assured that this would be accommodated. However, at checkout, no one could confirm whether stairs were ever provided.

Communication prior to booking was plentiful and friendly. I was told by multiple staff members that I could request updates at any time via email or phone. However, after check-in, the tone shifted significantly. Our dogs were dropped off at 7 AM, and the first update didn’t come until 5:55 PM — nearly 11 hours later. The report card I received was nearly identical (copied and pasted) across all three dogs in our group (my dog and my sister’s two dogs). It read like AI-generated filler, with no specific detail about my dog’s feeding, bathroom use, sleep, behaviour, or about the activities throughout the day. It felt impersonal and completely disconnected from the actual experience.

The photos provided were also underwhelming — three per day, all from the same playgroup session and clearly taken within minutes of each other. There were no images showing rest time, meals, walks, suite time, or other activities from throughout the day. I was never expecting real-time photos, but I did anticipate that a report card would reflect the full day’s care, and that the photo set would give a sense of the experience, especially with the TLC package.

I emailed once the next morning (day two) to ask how my dog had slept, to ask for pictures throughout the day and to inquire about the stairs — as I hadn’t seen confirmation they were provided. In response, I received a message from the owner explaining that the facility’s version of «interval» updates is a once-a-day evening report card and a single time photo upload. She further suggested that perhaps I was looking for personalized, one-on-one care. This was surprising, as I had already paid for the TLC package, which I believed included more thoughtful updates and care. I wasn’t asking for more frequent updates or live photos — just a report that actually reflected my dog’s day.

It’s also important to note that although my sister and I had separate bookings, our communication was treated as one. This caused a major misunderstanding. On day 1, I had called once and emailed once on behalf of my dog, and my sister had also sent a message regarding hers. This was perceived by the owner as «excessive communication,» and I was told that contacting them was taking away from care being given to the animals. That was incredibly disheartening to hear as a pet parent.

I was also charged for both the TLC package and personal care, despite being told prior that personal care was part of the TLC package. Additionally, day 2’s report card mentioned my dog was in a stroller, but no context was provided — and when I asked at checkout, no one could confirm why or when it was used. Given his medical history, these details mattered deeply to me.

When I picked up my dog, he was very thirsty, appeared sore, and was withdrawn. Overall, I found the report cards and photo updates to be lacking in substance, and I was genuinely heartbroken and disappointed in the experience.

I was really in a pinch for an overnight stay for my two small dogs, and it was the first time for me ever leaving them with someone who wasn’t friends or family. I was nervous, but also saw and heard great things about Petropolitan, so I tried the hotel for a one-night stay and was not disappointed. The communication was great (and charming!) and my pups were happy and calm. Would definitely recommend!!

My Cavapoo loves it here and the staff is so nice! I love the report cards you get at the end of the day and they’re so great at communicating your pet’s experience. Mango loves coming here

Our puppy has been attending daycare and loving it! The staff are friendly and always greet her by name. They remember all the details about her experience and send us updates with pictures. Also, while an outside solo groomer struggled with her, Pet’s in house grooming staff teamed up to make it happen. We know it’s really hard work and couldn’t be happier with the quality of this facility.

I had a great experience boarding my dog Polly here. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and I could tell Polly was well taken care of and happy during her stay. She even made some new dog friends! Communication was smooth and I really appreciated the photo updates. Thank you Glenn and the whole team — we’ll definitely be back!

Trial run at boarding for our reactive dog lily went very well! No issues at all. She came back happy , healthy and tired from her two day stay.
It’s so nice to have peace of mind that we have someone to trust to care of our fur baby so that we can vacation especially when she is so anxious. Highly recommend! ♡

We were referred to Springbank Pet Resort by a number of friends who raved about what an excellent facility it was, how amazing the staff were and how much their fur babies loved it. We started with puppy school with Sally and then boarded our puppy with Springbank while we were away on our honeymoon. It was so reassuring to see our puppy in their daily social media updates playing and having a great time. The staff were also very responsive via social media messages and email to keep us up to date on how our little girl was doing. She had a great time and we will definitely return to Springbank again for daycare and boarding as needed!

I would highly recommend Springbank Pet Resort. I was called away for work at the last minute for 3 months and they took amazing care of my pup. I got frequent updates on him and was asked any questions about his health by their vet team. Their communication was great and I felt confident that he was being treated well and that the staff cared for him.

The puppy loves staying here, he’s always excited as soon as we turn off the highway and doesn’t look back when the carers come out to collect him. I always feel bad leaving him, but I know he’ll be well looked after and everyone at Springbank knows and loves him! I wouldn’t take him anywhere else!

I had been hearing about Springbank Pet Resort for years. I booked my two pups in for the first time, in October 2024. Bobbi & Benny had never been in a boarding situation, but they seemed happy and healthy when I picked them up after a week. They just spent two weeks at the resort, and again, they were very well taken care of!!
The staff are friendly, and if needed, will send email communications with any concerns.
My only wish, if at all possible, would be to receive one emailed photo of my pups during their stay.

This was my first time experience with dog boarding and a groomer for my reactive dog. He has a lot of triggers but it seems to come more from nervousness and lack of confidence. I was really worried leaving him here but the staff were so diligent in keeping me updating about his stay.

The first couple of days he had ripped open his nails from jumping on the fence (definitely not the fault of staff, I think his nervousness took over and he was likely trying to get out). I was contacted right away and notified that they took him to see the vet and told me what my options were. Over the next couple days they continued to monitor and keep me updated. After a few days he finally adjusted and was healing nicely – they sent me photos of him enjoying their enclosures and the sunny weather.

I’m so grateful to all the staff for being so diligent with him. He’s come back a much more confident dog and I’ve already noticed it the first week we’ve been back and looking into other socialization options for him here. Will definitely also be a return customer for boarding!!

My husband came across their store while looking for some product. Not only do they have really good prices, they are extremely helpful and friendly. We are from Edmonton and saw that they ship so we said «hey let’s try this out!» There was a glitch in the system that wasn’t allowing us to ship, but immediately they fixed it. It took less than 24 hours from the time we ordered to receiving it at our door. We will definitely use them again.

Dexter’s is one of the best higher pet food and supply stores in Calgary at the best priced.
The owner a former veterinarian is very knowledgeable, very helpful and a really nice guy.

First time we shop at Dexter and the experience is 10/10. Nice staff calling to double check the address, super convenient same day delivery, and surprise gift! BTW both our cat and dog love the chicken. Thanks!! We will keep shopping here.

TL;DR:
Had an issue with a partial refund and missing rewards. The owner called, explained it was a system glitch, confirmed the correct refund, and promised rewards will be added once fixed. Happy with the resolution and willing to shop here again.

I originally left a 1-star review due to not receiving the full refund and seeing no cashback or Frequent Buyer credit on my account. I sent a few emails and didn’t hear back, which was frustrating at the time.

Later, the owner, Drew, personally called me to explain the situation. He said there’s an ongoing software issue between ShipStation and their backend (Etailpet), which caused reward tracking and order status problems. He assured me the 5% cashback and Frequent Buyer card will be added once the system is fixed.

He also confirmed that the refund had been miscalculated and said the difference would be issued. I’ve now received the correct refund, and I appreciated him taking the time to call and clear things up.

I didn’t realize they were running the store with such a small team, so I now understand why emails can take time. It was a misunderstanding, and I’m glad it was resolved. I want to support local businesses like this and look forward to buying from Dexter’s again.

I’ve been shopping at Dexter Pet Shop for over 4 years, and I’m so grateful to the owner. My dog had severe allergies, and despite spending a lot on vets, diagnostics, and expensive food, nothing worked. The owner created a personalized feeding plan for my pet, and we followed it step by step. Since then, the allergies are completely gone! This store truly cares about pets and their health. Highly recommend!

I have been shopping here for quite a while and it is such a great spot! They always have the goodies we need, and genuinely care about their customers.

We had a little oopsie where I was sent the wrong bag of dog food (more than once). However, once Drew found out, he was quick to send my newest order out with a very kind hand-written note, and a special gift for my boy. It was such a nice touch, and both my pup and myself really appreciate it. I will continue to shop here for all my boys goodies!

Very disappointing! We’ve have been buying pet food from Dexters for years. Today they lost me as a customer.

I purchased a large bag of premium dog food last week along with some other treats for my Labrador retriever. This 4 year old lab is not a picky eater and has never not eaten her bowl of food. She was sick after eating the food for two days but I assumed it was from the other treat I bought from Dexters, a dried cow cheek. It was the first time giving her that so I assumed she was reacting poorly to it and took it away. Two days later she won’t eat her regular food from Dexters so I called to ask what to do.

I was told that if I don’t have the bag I can’t return the $120+ bag of food. The bag it comes in is not resealable so for years I’ve dispensed the food in a food grade plastic container made for dog food storage.

Dexters has a record of my purchase but told
Me I can’t return the food without the original container. Now what do I do with $120 with of bad food?

I shopped at Dexters because it’s a small local business and not a giant chain or online mega store. I would expect them to take care of customers that help take care of them and that is not the case.

Time to find another pet store.

Update: I appreciate that after my review, the store owner reached out to me and offered to refund my money. After a productive discussion it is obvious to me that owner cares enough to respond to a bad google review and make things right.

Sadly the female employee that dismissed my initial call did not try to make things right or think to bring the owner into the conversation. A coaching opportunity to improve this employee’s understanding of quality customer service will hopefully prevent future complaints and unhappy customers.

We absolutely LOVE Chasin’ Tails! Their dog daycare is amazing — the staff truly care about the pups and it shows. One of my favourite things is the live webcams… it’s so fun (and reassuring!) to peek in throughout the day and see our dog playing and having a blast.

They always go the extra mile — we especially love their Stampede breakfast every year. It’s such a thoughtful touch and makes the whole experience feel like a community.

ALWAYS the go to choice for kennels when travelling or even coming to Calgary for the day to do some shopping or what not. Have been using chasing tails for around 5 years or so now with our two lab mixes, and they love coming here. So much so, they know when we hit the nearest light where they are going and start getting excited.

I’m in the Uk on a family/business visit. However I can see my little dog on a video link 2-3 times a day. Amazing! He looks better than I thought he would and I saw him sleeping comfortably after a day outside. I can’t wait to get home, but I’m very happy that my precious dog is safe, has doggy company, and kind human carers. excellent.

They took good care of Candy. The best thing about Chasin Tails is the live stream camera. I get to check Candy all the time. They have staff on site all the time which is great. My Candy found her confidence back during her stay.

Our puppies love going here, one of the only daycares that open at 530 am everyday. Awesome staff, they have training and private kennels as well. Highly recommend

The team at Sleep Rover is absolutely AMAZING. My dog, Appa, is naturally fearful and cautious around people but adores other dogs, so I needed a place where he could feel truly safe and comfortable while I was away on vacation. I reached out to Sleep Rover about six months in advance, hoping to ease him into the environment and slowly build his confidence with humans.

From the very beginning, every staff member showed so much patience, care, and understanding. I’m beyond grateful for the love and attention they gave him during all his daycare visits and overnight stays. Special thanks to Grace, Karin, and pack leader Joyce for their compassionate approach, open communication, and constant updates that brought so much peace of mind to this very concerned dog mom.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy, kind, and professional team to care for your pup, I can’t recommend Sleep Rover enough. They go above and beyond and it truly shows.

I happened upon Sleep Rover in the summer during a smokey heatwave. I figured my dog and I would try shoguns to help beat the heat. Monte hated water, so I knew it would be a work in progress. Amanda was so welcoming and helped so much. My anti water dog now adores the water and has so much fun there. Joyce, Amanda, and the whole SR crew have become a second family to us. Our high energy dogs love coming here for a swim, and afterwards they enjoy VIP treatment in the store. We’ve been to many different facilities and done many different things, but sleep rovers family type atmosphere is what really sets them out from the rest. If you’re looking for a facility that is close knit, knowledgeable, and will treat you and your dog as their own look no further. Keep doing the amazing work! We appreciate you guys!

Sleep Rover is in a club of their own!! THE absolute best place next to granny’s house (yes, better than that because no offence but granny can’t keep up) even serving up the homemade cookies , new fur-friends and hooman’s for life ❣️ Joyce and Jimmy pull out all the stops and bring in caring and loving staff who really get to know each dog and if asked give honest and helpful answers to behaviour, eating and any other dog questions that you may have drawing from their wealth of experience.

Such a professional and caring team. Cant say enough how wonderful of a doggy daycare program they have established. Dogs have so much outdoor time hanging out with their pack. Dogs are never left alone in rooms unlike some doggy daycares do…which is amazing! Dogs get to interact with their pack and/or cuddle to their teachers when they feel the need to. The team truly care about dogs wellbeing and happiness. Sleeprover is the 2nd daycare my 5 month old GSD ( ENZO) has attended and I can visibly tell how happy he is going there. After attending, Enzo no longer barks in his crate consistently at home, and he seems calmer, which I think the mental stimulation he’s getting at SR helps.

SR provides daily photo updates and daily journal which is absolutely adorable. They have incredible customer service.

My dog saved me from myself and is honestly my angel and baby. She is my world. So to have sleep rover as a support in my life is something i cant put into a review. Im a single lady who works full time and is running a side business. I am always busy and my mental health isnt the best at times. So to have a non judgemental and welcoming place to bring my bestfriend too is so appreciated. They are the best staff and vibes. They always have my back and never make me feel like a burden. They accommodate my last minute bookings and are extremely friendly and professional on the phone and emails. I have been using Sleep Rover for over 13 years. I adopted one of my dogs from their first set of foster pups. My Sammie was my world. The Sleep Rover Crew was especially helpful in those early days of puppy mayhem. When I got another dog, they happily added him to the Sleep Rover family. He absolutely LOVES it there. This is a dog who’s scared of his own shadow most days but he’s relaxed and happy in the beautiful chaos.

I recently had a family emergency and called last minute to get my dog in, Joyce is simply amazing. She agreed immediately and I brought him in. The kindness they have show me and my dogs over the years is unmatched. After the passing of my first dog, they sent a heartfelt card, it was clear from their messages how much they loved her.

I have been taking my daschund to the Pet for close to 5 years now. The staff have always been nothing but caring and compassionate. We absolutely LOVE our dog groomers! Every visit is a fantastic experience—from the warm welcome at the door to the beautiful job they do with our pup. We took our 4 lb Pomeranian, Tala, to The Petropolitan on Killarney for her first groom when our regular groomer was unavailable—and we were so impressed! They fit us in quickly, and the booking process was easy and convenient. I especially appreciated the pet portal—it made everything smooth and stress-free.

Our groomer, Amy, was professional, polite, and respectful of our preferences. I didn’t want anything extra styled—we love Tala’s natural look—and Amy completely honoured that. She was even able to gently work out those tiny little knots behind Tala’s ears that soft double coats are prone to! Tala came out her happy, wiggly self—smiling, softer than ever, and looking absolutely beautiful.

We’re so grateful for the care and attention she received. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at the Petropolitan Killarney with my dog, Walter! Hailey was warm and welcoming on arrival. Walter was groomed by Amy, who did a fantastic job. She was kind, professional and diligent. Walt came out looking and smelling amazing! His coat needed some love and he came out soft, clean and perfectly trimmed. I’ll definitely be bringing him back and highly recommend Amy and the team for anyone looking for grooming and care for their pets!

Gina has always done an amazing groom job with my girl, Sadie. I always get so many compliments on her cut when we’re out and about. Sadie is always excited to see Gina and I know that she’s always in amazing hands. All of the staff at the Killarney location have never been anything than awesome!

Luna always has the best time at daycare! She always comes home ready for a nap. I love the report card we get through her day. All of the staff are so friendly and so welcoming. I couldn’t recommend The Pet more! She also had her first groom there today and she looks amazing! Her bath and tidy came out better than I could have imagined and they gave her a super cute bandana. Love bringing my pup here! Pet YYC is the best groomer I’ve been to in Calgary. The staff are so friendly, grooms are always timely & turn out great, scheduling is quick & easy, & the building is always bright & tidy.

BowDog is one of the only places we’ll bring our dogs for boarding in Calgary. The location is amazing! They get outdoor time, lots of cuddles and the sleeping arrangements are top notch. As busy as they are, the staff truly love what they do! Our dogs are always happy and most importantly, healthy when they come home.

Took my dog for grooming and he looks so amazing. They did such a great job of his paws and he was so soft! He’s a longer double coat breed and they did a wonderful job! He also seemed so happy after his groom too. We went to other large brand stores for groom before and they did such a bad job. Bow Dog was friendly, quick and fair pricing. My dog is around 50lbs and for the full bath and groom it was around $120. I’ll be taking him back here for his grooms again for sure.

I planned a short notice trip. Booked my dog in for 5 days on short notice (about a days notice). They were able to accommodate me. It’s always tough to put your dog in kennel. But I’ve been taking him to bowdog for about 2yrs now and he seems to always enjoy his time there so it is piece of mind and comforting to know that he is taken care of. My experience with bowdog has been good.

I am constantly blown away by the level of kindness, generosity, and professionalism Bow Dogs displays.

Our guy Alfie started in Daycare in Red Deer and LOVED it. May 2023 we moved to Calgary and originally put in him another daycare and noticed he just wasn’t loving it and we weren’t either. We made the switch to Bow Dogs Sept 2024 and it’s like night and day. Alfie is STOKED every time he gets to go to daycare and the staff there genuinely seem excited to see him when he goes. That’s a HUGE green flag for this dog mama! What really got me though is, I was unexpectedly laid off recently and have become unable to afford our regular scheduled daycare days. Bow Dogs reached out and offered 2 complimentary daycare passes and mentioned they miss Alfie. Their message brought me to absolute tears cause all I ever have wanted is a place where Alfie loves to go and a place where they love him just as much as he loves them. Thank you to everyone at Bow Dogs. You guys are like family to us and we cannot wait to continue to send Alfie!!

First of all A Feline Inn is more than just a cat boarding house. It’s a second home for your cat. Melanie and her husband take the utmost care and love for your cat. They spend one on one time a few times a day and make them feel loved and cared for. It’s a very clean, warm and cozy place. Melanie will take the time to send you pictures any time you want. This is the first holiday in 10 years I did not worry about my Beardsley. He will be going back !! Do not hesitate for a minute to take your cat to as Feline Inn. Thank you again !!❤️

I was between homes moving to Calgary and need a place for Kilo to stay. Most Airbnb spots don’t allow pets. Wasn’t really sure how long I needed but Melanie was always happy to keep up with my uncertain circumstances.

After 3 months of caring for Kilo. Not only was she taken care of but returned more social and well adjusted. Thanks to care and affection provided by Melanie and her Husband.

Melanie and Ted took care of our cat babies so well when we went on a vacation. They precisely followed the caring instructions provided and let us know how the babies were doing periodically with cute photos.

Once we dropped them off, we knew that they were in good hands. You don’t need to worry anything about your babies with Melanie when you either enjoying your vacation or going on a business trip. They have so much love to any cat that comes to them. Even when a nervous cat bit her, she still loved and took well care like nothing happened.

I have let Melanie take care of my cat daughters many times, and their top quality care and service is a hands down 10 out of 10.

I felt relief immediately when I first spoke with Melanie as her genuine care and concern was made very evident. I felt relaxed enough to explain my situation. I had to make an emergency move to a place where animals were not allowed and was desperate to find a safe and loving place for Eevee and Bubbles until they could come back home to my daughter. Melanie supports me to come and see them whenever I can (it was evident by the way they approached Melanie for loves and cuddles while we sat on the floor that they had a trust and affection for her) Melanie also provides updates and photos. I can safely and honestly state that any one who loves their fur babies could not find a safer and happier environment for their kitties.

I cannot recommend A Feline Inn enough! Melanie was so wonderful to deal with and was so prompt to answer any burning questions I had as this was my first time sending my cat away out of necessity. Also going away for more than a week without my phone, I was worried about any issues that would arise in my absence, but Melanie was so thorough and did everything to give me peace of mind. I returned to pick up my little Blue a week and a half later and she seemed so healthy and happy! Melanie is so reasonable with her services and is so understanding, even with last minute calls. She will definitely be my go to from here on out!

My dog has tried a few different daycares in Calgary and other cities. There is truly something so special about Paws, she is always thrilled to arrive and has bonded with the humans that work here. It is so nice to see a daycare that is quiet and smells good when you walk in the front door. The caring people who work here are truly magicians when it comes to keeping the dogs happy and settled. It’s so great to see their updates on IG throughout the day and know that my precious girl is getting her daily walk. I highly recommend Paws!

I have been taking my dog Olive (Mini Aussie Labradoodle) to Paws since I moved to Calgary in late 2019. I did a lot of research on dog daycares in the city and Paws was hands down the best option for Olive. My experience as a client over the past four years with Paws has been wonderful and I have been continually impressed with the care, love and investment that the Paws team has in ALL of the dogs that they care for. The staff is well trained and is consistent in their approach to caring for the dogs that they have in their care each and every day.

I truly feel like Paws is an extension of my family when it comes to Olive. I know how much they care and I have always felt seen, heard and valued as a client. Two years ago I moved to a different apartment and although I am further away from Paws now, I continue to take Olive there for grooming and daycare.

I am appreciative of Paws for being such a wonderful team and refer anyone who is looking for a daycare or grooming for their pup. Shout out to Eric and the Paws team for being grounded in love for the pups they care for and for truly living/modeling the values that they stand for as a company.

We have a moody pup who is particular about who she interacts with and is not so nice on leash with other dogs. We have had to stop going to dog parks and were unsuccessful at another dog daycare in the city. We want our girl to be social and around other dogs, but it just became too stressful for her and us.
Then we found Paws, recommended highly by a friend, and it has been life changing. They truly understand dog behaviour and dynamic, and they respect and honour our girls challenges and preferences. She has never had a «bad day» there and she even does well on the daily pack walks! Our girl tolerates the other dogs, but is crazy about all of the staff that work at Paws. They love her unconditionally and celebrate with us when she does engages and play with other dogs.
Paws makes having a reactive dog less stressful and we feel less alone.

The best dog daycare!! The staff are incredible and so kind to all of the dogs. They take them out for pack walks every day and will play ball with them inside if it’s too cold out. The themed photo shoots are also an adorable addition. Our dog always comes home very happy and very tired after her day at Paws. Could not recommend enough!

Fantastic place and staff!

My pup Arty always has an incredible time, and I know he is well taken care of and loved here. The staff members are all so kind, helpful, and educated towards dogs, I feel very comfortable trusting them with my boy. I started taking Arty here when he was just a puppy, and everyone that interacted with him made sure he was safe, looked after, and felt confident enough around the other dogs. I’m sure the pack walks they included Arty in also benefited me in training him to walk well on leash, and I’m so grateful for that. It’s been a little while since Arty was here (due to a schedule change on my part), but I know he’ll be back and that he’ll be very happy about that.

It’s also an added bonus that if you follow them on Instagram and Facebook, you get to see the cutest photos of the pack throughout the day. Thank you to the whole PAWS team for you hard work and dedication towards all your clients!!

I’ve been taking Mowgli to this grooming place, and they always do an amazing job! The staff is friendly, patient, and clearly loves animals, which makes a huge difference. Mowgli comes back looking clean, well-groomed, and happy every time.

They take the time to make sure he’s comfortable, and I really appreciate their attention to detail. Booking is easy, and the service is always top-notch.

I’ve taken my dog here twice for a full groom. The first time, my dog came back with a razor burn on her paw pad. After notifying them by email, the daycare reception staff was apologetic and said they would ask the groomer what happened. The response I received was abrupt, stating that my dog was really matted, which didn’t make sense since it shouldn’t affect the paw pads.

I decided to give them another chance, thinking accidents happen. However, after the second groom, my dog’s paw was visibly cut and bleeding, more severe than the first incident. Given the poor response from the first incident, I’m writing this review instead. While my dog might be fidgety with her paws, the groomer should have noticed and informed me. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this grooming shop based on these experiences. The pictures included are from the first and second visits.
