sWag came recommended from a YYC Doodles group when I was nervous for my 4 month old puppies first groom. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted or what was possible with her fur type, but I didn’t want her to look too different. Ashe did such an amazing job with my Indy. She took her time to brush out and not just cut the hair to make sure it wasn’t too dramatic of a change for me. She also did her best to blend in the DIY face trim I had to do myself before Indy had all her shots
We were pleasantly surprised by the great price and the treat bag and bandana they sent her home with. And no surprise, Indy loved her time there and warmed up to Ashe right away ☺️

I've been taking my 3 year old Australian Shepherd to Swag since he was a puppy and we love Daria! She has been absolutely amazing with Miles, she’s so gentle and patient with him, and he always looks and smells incredible after his visits. Highly recommend Daria!

My Forest cats had a great experience here with Nichole! It was their first time at Swag and it was ten month old Rocky’s first time with a groomer, her brother Boris is a pro. The staff was amazing and sweet and very attentive. The Swag Bag of kitty treats was a big hit.
Edit to add, Boris appears to be missing a chunk of fur but he is not. He drank some water and got it all janky.

Swag is amazing! Our dog who is normally anxious actually loves going, everyone is kind & welcoming during drop off/pickup and the prices are super reasonable. Nik does the best job - every time we are blown away by how soft, fluffy and youthful our senior pup looks! And the best part is how long it lasts and how little she sheds for weeks and weeks after!

Scottie had a fantastic experience at sWag today! This was my first time taking Scottie to the groomers and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Nichole took the time to listen to what we wanted before starting and was very patient with us. I’m so impressed by the experience from start to finish and Scottie is so dashing now! Thank you!!

Took my greyhound Jazz to Swag for the first time and I was so happy with the results! She was obviously very comfortable and happy coming out of the bath and brush, and she looked and felt amazing. Nik noticed a small hot spot hidden by her fur while grooming and pointed it out to me, along with some tips for care. The receptionist was also very nice. The photos we got are lovely and I'm really pleased with the experience!

Swag is great. I have a very anxious German Shepherd Dog. They do a great job every time, and are always accommodating to get her in for quick nail trims between grooming appointments.
