Chico does not trust easily, given some trauma he experienced before becoming part of our family. T.R. and her team invited me to stay with Chico during his first-time grooming, and the experience was remarkable. Dogs are truly cared about in this lovely grooming salon. From the website registration, the greeting when we arrived, to the patient, kind, thorough grooming, Chico was cared about and his grooming experience was the best! Thank you everyone! ❤️

It’s unfortunate because I wanted to support local, but my experience here has been ruined by the owner. My dog was groomed here in December and they found lice on him – something I was told was going around in the area at that time of year. I got the call to pick him up and when I paid I didn’t realize I’d been charged for a bath and for their lice room cleaning. I brought him in again today to be groomed and they couldn’t complete it because he was too scared. When I paid today it was $23, when I paid in December it was $90 ($75 plus my tip). After chatting with the owner I’ve since learned that this was due to the additional lice cleaning procedures, but that was not made clear to me at the time. While I understand needing to cover those costs, I think Urban Dogs should be more transparent in telling the customer what they are paying for and should have a statement clearly on their website. It is really unfortunate the way the owner handled this as not even an apology was made and it would’ve gone a long way in making me feel like a valued customer.

Big game changer. Urban dogs only brings in the highest quality foods. Their recommendations are totally helpful and you know you are giving your fur baby top of the line products

Our little ex-street doggo, Poppy, who has not always experienced kindness from humans, had the best experience at Urban Dogs. Thanks so much for being extra gentle with her, Kendall. We really appreciated it.

I recently took my teacup Pomeranian there and they did an excellent job! The staff was friendly and handled my dog with care, making sure she was comfortable throughout the process. The grooming itself was perfect. my dog came out looking clean, well-trimmed, and adorable. It’s clear they pay attention to detail, especially with smaller dogs like mine. Highly recommend their services.
