We came here on two occasions and found our experience differed quite a bit, so our overall rating would be between 2.5-3 stars. Our first visit was not too bad, other than a number of items being unavailable. I especially enjoyed the rice crepes, which were soft and portion sizes are very decent. The pan fried chicken buns were also a good size. They give you prawns, not shrimps, in the snow pea leaf and shrimp dumplings which had a soft skin. On our last visit, the staff was very rude and the food was not good. We were told to sit at a tiny table behid a pillar that wasn't even clean despite there being many other tables available. The siu mai tasted off and gave him some issues after. Again, there were a number of items that were unavailable.

Dinner reservation’s recommended, the restaurant fills up fast. The noodles were bland, the egg yolk shrimp and salt and Pepper squid were not deep fried enough. The "wok" wasn’t hot enough… if you know what I mean. It would have been better but it’s still good. The service was quick.

Been here few time before, and the dim sum was excellent. Unfortunately this visit wasn't as positive. The sui mai ( my favorite) tasted old. I had to send this dish back. Seems it was a bit spoiled. The beef ball was also not as good as it use to be. I'm not sure if it was a bad batch of meat, or different chef. The server did say there was no change in kitchen staff though. The shrimp rice roll was still excellent. Singapore noodles good portion and tasty. This restaurant is very loud, even though it's not very busy. Service is always good though. Hope food improves, as I enjoy having dim sum here.

Came here for dinner on a busy time. Atmosphere is quite loud, lobby is almost perfectly clean and Food has no problem at all.

This restaurant gets very busy and fills up quick. Reservations are highly recommended we booked for 5pm so we beat the rush and the food was able to come out pretty quick. Typical Chinese fare but it's pretty tasty, good portion and priced well. That's why it gets busy.
