I purchased 100% human hair from Radiance salon. One bundle of wavy hair and the other was a closure. My first time purchasing human hair was very Intimidating I wanted to make sure I wasn’t wasting my money. I was a happy customer when I left their shop until my hairstylist started to weave the hair in. The hair I spent so much money on felt unnatural, hard to separate and tangled easily. The closure wasn’t the same texture as the bundle. We stayed positive and kept going until my whole head was weaved. When my weave was done I felt like I didn’t get the glamorous sexy hair I wanted. After three days of wearing the hair I decided to take it out, very unhappy. I called the owner Lola who sold me the hair. I stated to her my issues and challenges that I had with the hair. We met at her shop, came up with a resolution between us and I received half of my money back. People before you make such a decision, spend all that money, research the hair and company where it was made from. Bring someone who specializes in human hair and what hair services the stylist is trying to sell you, it may save you hundreds of dollars.

This is an amazing place for your locs, extensions, and anything else they have to offer. I was there for 8 hours getting locs and what I saw was: A team of people who helped each other out; Friendly staff who made that 8 hours fly by; Other customers who you could see loved their experience. Augusta, who did my locs was outstanding. Not only did she do an amazing job but worked 8 hours straight to get it done. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be going back.

I’ve been coming to this salon to get hair extensions with Hannah and have had an amazing experience every time! She cut and did highlights and they are still beautiful 5 months later! Appointments are easy to book online, the salon is in a good area and I’ve never had a problem finding parking. I love the calm fun atmosphere of the place and everyone is super friendly and helpful. LOVE LOVE LOVE and highly recommend.
