Customer Reviews
Yesterday I made a reservation to celebrate my friend’s birthday.
The host directed us to our table, and there was a beautiful flower centrepiece with a sign saying Happy Birthday and 4 glass of kind of sparkling drink.
The Chef Christian came to say Happy Birthday, when we finished our dinner, the chef expressed he has a surprise for the birthday girl. It as a gorgeous dessert platter.
Andrea our server was amazing; she recognized us because we have been there several times and evertime the service and the food had been great, but this time we were amazed how they went beyond our expectations to make my friend’s birthday very special. Thanks Andrea y Christian and the other servers that brought our food for the awesome experience.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s always great! Reliably tasty, well-balanced meals with something for everyone. We had the hummus, the blackened chicken (always a favorite), and I tried the yellowfin tuna salad for the first time which was fresh and delicious. The tofu bowl was a solid vegetarian option too. Service is consistently excellent, and the outdoor seating is a nice bonus in summer. Highly recommend!
May Bunn (☆ 5/5)

We loved this restaurant when we stopped by for a quick meal. It’s spacious with a nice vibe. There’s a separate area where screens feature sporting events. We ordered the poke bowls and they were flavorsome. The servers were friendly and efficient. Would certainly recommend.
Ramdas Pisharody (☆ 5/5)

In Calgary for a wedding….stopped here for lupper. So glad we did!
Ceviche and shrimp cones were so delicious! Light and refreshing ✨️Our server Robyn was helpful and efficient.
Fran Miko (☆ 5/5)

First time back at this location in years, and we were so pleased with the top notch food, service, and atmosphere. Every dish was freshly made with the right balance of flavours. Loved the buttered steak and fries, ahi tuna salad, dumplings, sushi cones, and truffle fries. The margarita and rum & coke were refreshing, and each had their own unique twist. Service was impeccable!
Bella McGregor (☆ 5/5)

Wonderful food and amazing service. Came here for my birthday and Sam M was amazing, as was the lovely manager, Gabby. Will be coming back for sure.
We had the hummus, miso mushrooms, and guacamole and it was all incredible! The birthday dessert was absolutely amazing and I eas so grateful for it. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. Great place and wonderful staff!
Josie Cluney (☆ 5/5)

Overall disappointing experience.
The only positive was the atmosphere – nice design and cool space.
The service is very friendly but extremely slow – it took unreasonably long to serve drinks, food desserts… despite the place being at max 50% capacity.
The food did not convince. Ordered Steak & Sushi. My order was forgotten in the first attempt. After additional 15min wait, i was offered an overcooked steak and some «sushi» which i can’t even call «sushi»… rice is too sour, fish didn’t taste fresh, overall too dry, flavors were off. The chicken nuggets tasted like nothing.

Customer Reviews
I had an absolutely amazing experience. I do think you should go with multiple people so you can share the dishes. I went alone and had the stake all to myself, which was great. The cherry cola cocktail was also delicious. I would definitely recommend this resto. The servers were kind and service was fast. I had a really great time
Satya Cobos (☆ 5/5)

Ten Foot Henry is a delightful gem in downtown Calgary, offering a **vibrant menu centered around vegetables, brunch favorites, pasta, and mostly fish-based dishes**. The flavors are beautifully balanced, making each bite a treat. One unique aspect of the dining experience is the shared plates—while the portions resemble regular starters, the focus on communal eating adds an interesting dynamic to the meal.
Beyond the food, the ambiance and decor set the perfect tone for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is **warm, friendly, and refreshingly modern**, making it an ideal spot for both casual meals and special occasions. Despite the unconventional portion sizes, the **overall experience is fantastic**, with attentive service and an inviting setting that encourages good conversation and great food.
If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful dishes in a welcoming space, Ten Foot Henry is definitely worth visiting.
Jose E (☆ 4/5)

We went to Ten Foot Henry for an early dinner before the dinner rush, and it was quiet, relaxed, and lovely. Our server was incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations that made our choices easy.
We started with the tomato dish and the in-house gluten-free seed bread. I’ve had this dish before with the sourdough (also delicious), but honestly, I think I prefer the seed bread. It’s flavourful, hearty, and pairs perfectly. This dish is a long-time favourite of mine and something I’ll continue ordering again and again.
We also had the Caesar salad, which is made with kale. I don’t usually gravitate toward kale salads, but this one is absolutely divine. So well balanced and fresh.
For our main, we shared the Arctic char with curry, and it was outstanding. The curry had just the right amount of kick. Not too spicy, just enough warmth to enhance the dish beautifully.
We finished with the mini butterscotch pudding topped with salted caramel and sponge toffee. It was rich, smooth, and the perfect size to satisfy a sweet craving.
To drink, we tried the house-made lemonade, a pina colada-style mocktail, and an iced latte. Each one was refreshing and so well made.
I always look forward to dining at Ten Foot Henry. The dishes are simple in concept, but everything is so well thought out and executed with care. The ingredients shine, and the flavours are consistently spot on.
10/10 recommend. Just make sure to reserve ahead. It’s popular for a reason.
Tess Lucas (☆ 5/5)

This was kind of a late night stop on the way home from downtown…
Had a bit of a hunt to find Ten Foot Henry but soon as we entered the premises, there was a definite buzz to this restaurant.
It seems that the bar is known for the interesting & unique cocktails that are being served here. My nephew and I decided on 2 of the more popular cocktails that were quite delicious…
We also ordered one of the shared plates. It was a pasta dish with squid and a nice spicy tomato based sauce. This was an excellent dish and the perfect accompaniment to our cocktails. We were served by 2 high energy bartenders that kept us on our toes. Looking out at the clientele and considering it was almost 10:30pm it was obvious that this was a true social bar that served high quality food…
Bottom Line: 9.1 out of 10
dennis fujimagari (☆ 4/5)

Really interesting and creative dishes. Had the henry salad, roasted carrots, calamari pasta, and red prawns. No big complaints about any of the food, the prawns were not my favorite, but it’s mostly a preference thing. Server recommended splitting 3-5 dishes for 2 people, we had 4 split for 3 people and it was pretty much fine – this will depend on what type of stuff you order, some dishes are much smaller or less filling. Overall good food and experience, not too pricey.
Robert Laskarzewski (☆ 5/5)

Had a great first experience here. There are lots of delicious dishes to choose from, and I look forward to going back. Next time, I would prefer a table to sitting at the bar. It was busy on a Tuesday night! My favorite dishes were the tuna crudo and the salmon, not a bit dry!
J Crowd (☆ 5/5)

We had delicious shrimp and cacio e pepi pasta, and the steak was fantastic! The butterscotch pudding was absolutely delicious
Just a quick tip—if you prefer all your food to be served at the same time, be sure to mention that when placing your order.
We also tried the cabbage salad, but it wasn’t to our taste

We came here for breakfast,. We had gift vouchers from the hotel, so I can not mention the expensive of the meal. Breakfast meals were delicious, and large portions. Atmosphere, were quite to a little busy. Staff were so friendly, especially Ms ANNA, she was so nice and very Friendly and helpful. Thank you Ms ANNA for your hospitality. Overall, everything was very good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had the most delightful breakfast this morning at Tonic Kitchen + Bar in Hotel Clique, Calgary. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch—especially thanks to Christine, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcomed.
The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The eggs benedict with avocado were perfectly poached and paired so well with the crispy breakfast potatoes. The fruit bowl was fresh and vibrant, and the yogurt parfait was a creamy, refreshing finish. Everything on the plate tasted as good as it looked!
Christine’s amazing service really made the experience memorable. Highly recommend stopping by for breakfast if you’re in Calgary—don’t miss it!

Excellent Breakfast and Outstanding Service from Mary!
I had a truly wonderful breakfast experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and served incredibly fast. What really made the meal special, however, was the exceptional service I received from Mary. She was uncommonly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her attentive and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my morning. Highly recommend both the breakfast and Mary’s fantastic service!
Kamil Kania (☆ 5/5)

We have been staying at the hotel for over a week and we have breakfast at Tonic every morning. The food is great! They have several options for you to try and they are all pretty tasty. But the best part is the staff! Mary has been amazing and very kind to me and my family, she is very thoughtful and we have had great conversations! She is always smiling and happy! Anna and Arlene have been great too. We will keep coming here for sure!

We had a fantastic dining experience at Tonic+Kitchen Bar! The quality of breakfast is great, and our server Shanti provided excellent customer service with her positive energy, indefatigable smile and attention to detail. She elevated our dining experience to another level. Thank you, Shanti.

I can’t say enough great things about Arlene at Tonic Restaurant! I travel to Calgary often for work, and every time I visit, she not only remembers me but also recalls our last conversations, making each experience feel warm and personal. She’s the kind of server who truly goes above and beyond, ensuring everything is perfect with genuine care and attention to detail.
Beyond the incredible service, the food at Tonic is always top-tier consistently fresh, flavourful, and perfectly executed. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I’ve never had a bad meal here. Most recently, I ended up celebrating my birthday at Clique and had breakfast at Tonic the next morning. Arlene made the moment extra special by surprising me with a slice of cake and some thoughtful treats, which just speaks to the kind of hospitality she brings to every guest.
Amazing service, amazing food, and an overall fantastic experience every time!

This Nepali restaurant offers a delightful dining experience. The ambiance is truly inviting and sets the stage for a memorable meal. The menu presents a variety of options to satisfy any palate. Each dish is crafted with fresh ingredients and attention to detail. I highly recommend indulging in their culinary creations. It is only open for dinner. Recommend booking before hand as it gets really busy at times.
Ramesh Deshar (☆ 5/5)

Great service and the restaurant has a nice ambiance. The food however wasn’t mind blowing given the hype. The momos were a highlight and the flavors were ok. Perhaps expectations were too high.
Dyna W (☆ 3/5)

Lovely place to eat. Lots of dinner options with a variety of different flavours. You get to choose your own spice level which is a nice touch. The service was simply amazing . Very attentive and great suggestions.
Ravenmoon Crocker (☆ 5/5)

I was craving a good Indian thali and decided to try this Nepalese restaurant since Nepalese thali is quite similar to a North Indian thali. White its on the pricier side, the food did not disappoint. The Thali was simple and straightforward and packed with great flavours-just what I was hoping for. The portion sizes were great and the momos were fantastic, especially with the spicy sauce that came with them. Definitely a spot I’d revisit next time I’m in town!
Sweety Tripathy (☆ 5/5)

This place has been on my list for a long time and was recommended by friends and colleagues. Finally we made the trip and I am glad we did. It was quite busy on a Saturday night, and I had reserved a table for 2 beforehand.
The place looks inconspicuous from outside, but once you enter, it’s cozy and elegant. The staff was very welcoming and polite. The service was impeccable and fast.
We ordered the fish from the appetizer and dal bhat (thali) from the mains and New Zealand lamb grill.
The fish was too good. Fresh and tasty and came with 2 sauces. We loved the thali as well. It was enough for both of us. The curries were flavorful. The bread was fresh and crispy. The lamb grill, though hot and delicious, was a bit chewy for my liking. My husband, a meat lover, knows his meat too well. He found it a tad tough, too. We did mention this to the server after we finished our meal as we didn’t want to complain right away.
He was very polite and took our complaint to the chef.
It was very nice of them to give us a discount on the lamb dish. A very ethical thing to do when running a high end restaurant and I appreciate this gesture.
Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back to try some more dishes.
Sarah Masoud (☆ 5/5)

Everything was delicious! Really great flavour and you can taste the quality too! Healthy food is a priority for me and this place fits that bill! Will be back! We had the lamb grill and the dhatpat lamb curry! Great flavours! The pork momo was good too!
Jonny Klipp (☆ 5/5)

Food and service was great! We weren’t sure what to get, but John was super helpful and walked us through the whole menu, keeping in mind dietary restrictions, spice preference, and everything! We tried a little bit of everything, including all three types of naan (the coconut naan was very unique!). The pork Momo was very good. I would recommend one of the curries for the most authentic and delicious experience. Overall all of the food was very very good! Even after John walked us through basically the whole menu, he checked up on us very often and refilled our waters constantly. We were interested in dessert but got too full from the rest of the delicious food!

The Coup is delicious! You don’t need to be a vegetarian or vegan to enjoy it. Usually vegetarian food is boring, bland and an afterthought at most places. Here it really shines and is delicious! I love the beachfront hot pot. It’s reminiscent of my favourite Thai food. The ambiance is great too and it’s located on the trendy 17th avenue so there’s great people watching.

This was our first time visiting for brunch, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was quick and attentive, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. One of the best spots for Vegan and Vegetarian food — highly recommended!
KALYANSINH BAROT (☆ 5/5)

This place is full of flavor. Our server was kind and quick. The roasted veggies were delicious. Their sauces and toppings are very creative. Vegan is not my usual go-to, but if it tastes like this, I’d eat it every day! Will be coming back to try new things. Price point is on the higher end but worth it. Parking is paid street.

The vibe at The Coup is magical!! I went for a solo dinner tonight after a day of traveling. Was blown away by the impressive service & absolutely UNREAL food!! The hostess & my server were both incredible, so warm & welcoming & so friendly, I felt right at home from the moment I walked in till the moment I left! I had the falafel quesadilla with the house salad & the ube cheesecake for dessert. Both of these dishes deserve an award!! The flavours & textures were vibrant & absolutely perfect. My time at The Coup was amazing, I will absolutely be back whenever I visit Calgary!
Emma Gen (☆ 5/5)

Good vegan and vegetarian options. The hummus with mushrooms was heavenly. Hot Pot Udon noodles were delicious! The falafel quesadilla was good too but not my favourite
Amanda Burillo (☆ 4/5)

It was a wonderful experience! wonderful veggie/vegan meals, good drinks and the service so friendly. It was our first time there with my husband and we love it! We’ll definitly come back✨️
Cata (☆ 5/5)

Went to this spot as part of a food tour. Interesting place, totally vegetarian, which was a first for me. We had their kale salad and the yam sushi. The yam sushi was good.
What stood out was how unique their menu was. If you’ve got any dietary restrictions, or just want something different, this place seems like a really solid recommendation because they’ve got a lot of interesting options beyond just typical vegetarian menu. You can tell they’ve been around for a while too. The front of house was really nice, actually gave us some background on the food and the restaurant itself, which was a cool touch. Definitely a good spot if you’re looking for something a bit out of the ordinary.

This is such a great spot. We tried their brunch and loved the food. We’re not vegan, and can’t wait to come back. The interior is so cozy and the staff is attentive and friendly.
Fancy Travel (☆ 5/5)

The kalamari was very good, especially the tartar sauce. We wish we had more sauce, but it was good. The mac & cheese was great, but not my favorite. The fromage sauce is probably made with coconut milk and cashew. The plates were looking good, and the staff was super gentle. There is nice decor in the restaurant. The ambiance should be great in the summer eating on the terrace.
Laurence Lamoureux (☆ 4/5)

For someone who isn’t a fan of anything vegetarian, Vegan Street became an exception. Their food is just superb! I love their Calamari, tacos and the mushroom burger was definitely a winner.
Xty Uy (☆ 4/5)

If you are vegetarian or vegan this is a must visit place for you. I’ve been here a couple of times and have always loved the food. Their fish tacos are a must order item for us. The guava and the fuzzy peach margaritas are also really delicious. I have tried the chicken wings, gyozas and the fish tacos and enjoyed all of them very much.
Geetika Dua (☆ 5/5)

Great vegan spot. Most recently tried the vegan Caesar drink, Caesar salad and the stampede special. The salad never disappoints. I would recommend any dish with the swap chicken, service was phenomenal!
Ashley B. (☆ 5/5)

Fully vegan restaurant. We ordered watermelon mint margaritas (not pictured) as well as strawberry margarita and coconut margarita. The watermelon mint were light and refreshing. The strawberry one was delicious, tasted like it had fresh strawberries in it. The coconut one was creamy and tasty. We got the jalapeño cheese dip was flavourful and a little spicy. For tacos we ordered the chimichurri beaf, which was our favourite item we ordered of everything, the seitan was seasoned very well and went perfectly with the chimichurri. The no fish taco was made with hearts of palm. It was flavoured well and was perfectly crispy. The buffalo chicken taco was tender and not too spicy. The server was very friendly and made great suggestions on what to order. Will be returning here in the future, highly recommend checking Vegan Street out!
Laura Lebeau (☆ 5/5)

Really impressed with the plant-based comfort food at Vegan Street! We had the Mac n Cheeze, Crispy soy curls and grizzly floats. They were all fantastic and left us feel satisfied without feeling heavy or guilty! The staff were such a lovely and warm bunch who added to the wonderful experience we had. Will visit again!!

Absolutely adore this place! I took my husband here for his birthday a few months ago, and it was such a wonderful experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were simply amazing! I had the beef tenderloin, and I seriously have been thinking about it in my dreams. It is such a beautiful, historical building, making the ambience just impeccable. My husband and I were super full after our dinner, and we decided on not having a desert, and they even took the liberty of surprising us with a little plate of cakes! It was so sweet! My husband booked us our next visit for my birthday, which I’m counting down the days for! Thanks again for such a nice dining experience. We can’t wait to come back soon, and are looking forward to seeing the space in autumn.

We just celebrated our Wedding at Bow Valley Ranche last weekend, and it was everything we dreamed of — a beautiful brunch Wedding on a perfect day! From the very first email, the service was exceptional. Rosa, the Event Coordinator, was incredibly professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire planning process. She made everything so smooth leading up to the big day.
On the day of the Wedding, the staff went above and beyond. Even with another event happening in one of the other private rooms, the quality of service and food remained outstanding — a true testament to how well this venue is run. Bow Valley Ranche is made to host unforgettable events!
Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the food was. The beetroot salad and eggs benny were major crowd-pleasers, and they were happy to accommodate our kids with the kids’ menu, no fuss at all.
A special thank-you to Jensen, who made sure this Bride felt completely cared for all day long. His attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference. Not many young people work that hard!
We couldn’t recommend BVR more highly. It was a magical day that we’ll cherish forever. Thank you for helping create such unforgettable memories!
Sheena Herrera (☆ 5/5)

The ranch is a lovely experience, with a lunch special that isn’t too pricey. The daily soup (carrot) was delicious, best I’ve ever had. I ordered the tomato risotto, which was well done and balanced in all its flavors. Ended the meal with the panacota, light and sweet, but would have loved more. The service was great and very attentive. It was a lovely lunch with a great view, highly recommended.
Steffan G (☆ 5/5)

By far the best breakfast I’ve had in this city. I prefer savoury to French toast or pancakes and the short rib hash is top tier. Quantity of short rib was higher than expected, and it was moist and flavourful. The eggs were perfectly poached. Greens were fresh, roasted red pepper was perfect, potatoes were crispy on outside and fluffy on the inside. 11/10.
Service was lovely, friendly and efficient
Mimosa was good
Everything was fairly priced for the high quality and high standard of execution
Not to mention the historical building
I’ll be back.
J Rhind (☆ 5/5)

We ordered the weekday lunch special. The salad dressing was amazing. For the second main dish, I chose the pork — it looked delicious, but unfortunately, it lacked flavor. There was some sauce on top, but it wasn’t enough. We asked the server for extra sauce, but he didn’t bring it. I didn’t want to eat my food cold, so we ended up asking for salt and pepper instead.
The dessert was good.
This restaurant is very popular, and I haven’t seen any other weekday special courses like this one. The price was very reasonable, but I was a little disappointed with the main dish.
The location is perfect — it was a great place for brunch with my best friend.
Ciaociao k (☆ 4/5)

Excellent lunch in beautiful settings. We went for the set lunch menu. The trout and pork tenderloin were cooked to perfection and very delicious. The star was dessert, the carrot cake was one of the best I have tasted and baked by them. Service was also attentive and pleasant.
Mel M (☆ 5/5)

We made lunch reservations for 4 on a weekday. We all ordered the lunch special which gives you a choice of a soup or salad, 3 different entrees and an option to choose between 2 desserts. Our meals were excellent, well prepared and plated nicely. Service was excellent and ambience was great as it is located in Fish Creek Park. Will definitely return.

Customer Reviews
We visited Eggholic after being impressed by their beautiful website. Here’s what we tried:
• Paneer Masala Grilled Sandwich
Made with three slices of bread, this sandwich had cheese and cucumber on one layer and flavorful paneer masala on the other. It was tasty and came with a good portion of chips. Overall, a solid choice.
• Tandoori Chicken Kabob with Rice
Served with a small portion of rice and five pieces of chicken. The chicken was tender but seemed reheated rather than freshly grilled. The sauce on top might appeal to some, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
• Paneer Butter Masala & Chole (Take-Out)
The curries had a nice balance of spices and good texture. However, both dishes were light on their main ingredients—paneer and chole—which was disappointing.
Final Thoughts:
While a few items were enjoyable, the overall experience didn’t live up to the expectations set by their website. A bit underwhelming.
F Kurji (☆ 3/5)

We ordered Gotalo and Dahi Puri.
The Gotalo was fresh, tasted good, and came in a generous portion.
We paired it with chapatis, which were thin and soft, making for a satisfying meal.
However, the Dahi Puri was disappointing.
The curd seemed like it was taken directly from the freezer, making the puris difficult to eat.
If left for too long, the puris would become soggy, affecting the overall experience.
This is something the restaurant should pay more attention to.
On a positive note, the restaurant was clean, and the ambience was pleasant.
Bharti Mehta (☆ 4/5)

Visited Eggholic Indian Veg & Egg Street Food with high hopes, but the experience was mixed.
• The samosa chaat was actually good—flavorful and satisfying.
• The Chatpata Chicken Wrap was far too salty and ended up being inedible.
• The cheese in the Cheese Katori tasted substandard and really affected the overall dish.
The restaurant has a nice ambiance, and the service was okay. That said, they really need to work on the quality and consistency of their food to make the experience worthwhile.
Alpha Rays (☆ 3/5)

We stopped here for lunch after landing at Calgary and loved everything we tried. We tried lapeti, Madagascar half fry, Chicken wrap and Mango Mastani. If you dont like spicy food, I would suggest that you for mild spice level. I found the standard hot level to be very spicy for the masala fry. The host was very attentive tive and nice as she explained everything to us.
Overall, great food and would definitely recommend it.

Sasmita Sahoo (☆ 5/5)

My mom and I stumbled upon this gem and wow!! We’re not very familiar with Indian cuisine so we went straight to the owners recommendations (pictured tray here). She was very patient explaining the dishes to us, which we appreciated a lot. We also loved how the curries could be accommodated to different spice levels, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the funkiness of the atmosphere.
We will definitely come back and recommend Eggholic going forward!
Miriam Martinez Casanova (☆ 5/5)

I saw the 4.8 rating and I thought this place must be really good. Unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. The breakfast items were just about OK in my opinion. Also, some of the items were served early and one other item was served much later…which is a huge no no in this industry. They do have a huge menu with lots of options. The place itself is very well maintained and there are some really funny dialogues written on walls…which are fun to read while you are waiting for your food.

I got a treat from Heart Choice! The smile on the box was so cute and really made my day! Thank you 🙂 | love their Thai food and really hope they can offer bigger portions! Also, I would love to see more Thai dishes on the menu. Most of their food is so delicious and flavorful that you can’t go wrong, especially if you’re a vegetarian craving Thai food. You can really feel that they cook with love, just like their restaurant name: Heart Choice.

New review: Portions got smaller since the first time I came back in 2022. Back then it would cover basically the whole plate now as u can see from the photo it’s noticeably less. This time around they did not add broccoli maybe they just forgot and circle carrot slices were very few. The food was still good tasted good but there could be a few things that I would recommend for the next time I go for pad Thai. I think they raised their prices to 16.75 on a regular day too from the original $15.75 after tax.
Googleme Megoogle (☆ 3/5)

Great food and great curry. They have a bunch of items in the freezer you can buy to take home as well. Indoor and outdoor seating. Would come here again. Some parking in the lot. There is a bathroom you can use as well. Nice staff.
Marta Borowska (☆ 5/5)

We’ve always been regulars but haven’t had our usual khao soi in a while. Today we ordered delivery and we barely got any soup. This is the photo before we started eating. Okay, fine. But once we started eating it seems like the recipe changed? The soup was lacking its usual depth and was bland.
Mandy L (☆ 2/5)

A must try. This place is a hidden gem. I got an offer for BOGO and so glad I visited. Service is friendly, place is clean and food is very delicious. I had been looking for the perfect pad thai and this is it!!!!! A must visit for anyone looking for authentic taste.
Roxanne Rivera (☆ 5/5)

Im not vegan, or vegetarian, but this place is CRAZY GOOD. Like I actually don’t know how it’s so much better than the thai restaurant next door in terms of taste and pricing (comparing a meat pad thai one to a VEGAN one). Very eye opening, will be coming back.
Tyler Jayban (☆ 5/5)

I came here with my kids and the owner is so nice offering options to accommodate my little ones’ taste. I appreciate it so much.
Their chicken pad thai is really good. I ate two plates
It was fresh and I loved the taste.
I will be back again to try other items on the menu.

Walked in not knowing it was a vegan restaurant and wow it was great. The food was delicious and better than many meat vietnamese dishes I’ve had elsewhere. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Great value for money and large portions.
Caitlin Davies (☆ 5/5)

A great vegan restaurant in Calgary! Delicious vegan pho and rice noodle bowls with tofu made in-house. Would highly recommend, especially their mixed bowls!
Thank you Alex for explaining how the tofu is made in-house. It was great to learn about the whole process which takes days to make and they take great pride in their tofu! It clearly shows and tastes amazing!!
Mei Zheng (☆ 5/5)

BEST vegan place in town ever. I highly recommend it! Even something as simple as a bowl of brown rice is cooked to perfection. Everything is properly seasoned, healthy, and freshly prepared. Yes, it’s a little slower than your regular Vietnamese restaurant, but it’s worth the wait.

TAMARIND IS DEFINITELY ONE MY FAVOURITE RESTAURANTS! Me and my parents come here like almost every week for 3 and a half years, we love it here! I’ve been vegetarian for 5 years, and my parents aren’t. But we all love the food here! I’d definitely recommend it to others! 🙂

An amazing vegan restaurant. I highly recommend it! My friend and I got the vegan pad Thai and a vermicelli bowl. Everything is properly seasoned, healthy, and freshly prepared. The pad Thai was amazing, it was very flavourful. Yes, it’s a little slower than your regular Vietnamese restaurant, but it’s worth the wait.

Best vegan/vegetarian vermicelli I’ve ever had! Loved this place since being recommended there 2020 by a friend saying it was a great meal to take and eat in the park. This pic is what she sent me and I was sold because she’s a certified foodie!
I’ve not lived in Calgary since 2021 but it will be my first and last stop the next time in there. I recommend it to anyone going to Calgary and one time had someone drive it to me in Edmonton and it was still good!
I usually ordered it to go but the one time I dined in it was a delight
11/10 recommend!
If you order delivery call them directly instead of the apps, very good service
