Vytality at Home played a critical role in our mother being able to live in her own home safely and with dignity for the last year of her life. The care that Brad and the Vytality homecare workers have provided has been outstanding. Brad is a skillful, knowledgeable, and caring owner/manager. His initial visit to assess Mum’s needs was critical in building a strong trusting relationship with her and the family. Brad regularly checked in with Mum and always responded to our requests and inquiries quickly. Vitality homecare workers are carefully selected and well trained. Janette, Mary, Lana, Gina, and others provided loving support and went above and beyond in meeting Mum’s care needs and helping her maintain her independence. Brad and his team at Vytality provided outstanding 24/7 palliative care to my father in his home last spring during his last few weeks of life. He ensured the care providers were a good fit for my Dad and Mom and frequently checked in with the family to ensure everything was running smoothly. Care providers Pushpinder, Alemtsehay and Lauren were always on time for their shifts. They were attentive, compassionate, dedicated and tireless. Team members assisted Dad for all his personal care in a sensitive and professional manner. They were also happy to help with household chores, leaving my mother and other family members more time to spend with Dad in his last weeks. My family truly appreciated the wonderful care from Brad and his team. Their presence was so helpful to all of us in providing assistance to Dad, support for Mom and peace of mind for all of us. Without their help, it would have been extremely difficult to honour my father's wishes to remain in the home during his last days. Vytality has been great for my dad. The caregivers have been wonderful as they dont just watch over him, but develop strategies and encourage him to do things like go for walks, do chair exercises, play games and offer companionship, and most importantly, provide well needed breaks for my mom. Vytality is a premium organization that delivers home care. The staff are hand picked and trained by the organization’s CEO who is also also a nurse. He is very hands on and communicative with his clients. He is always a call/text available to his clients and schedules home visit check ins. The staff he provides for home care are exemplary and always professional and take your well being to the next level. Vytality also has many partnerships with other organizations to supply additional services that may be needed like physiotherapy and psychological services.

Brad and his team of caregivers at Vytality were amazing in caring for my Dad for 4 months. Right from the first meeting with Brad, we knew that my father was in caring, professional hands. Brad was so accommodating and understanding with Dad's changes to level of care, including palliative 24 hour care for Dad's last 3 weeks. With Vytality's help Dad was able to achieve his wish to stay home until the end. The caregivers were all compassionate and caring. We felt like the team was part of our family.
