The staff and the attendants and nurses take really good care of my 94 yr old mother. She can be stubborn at times but they still provide excellent care.
The rooms and halls are spacious with lots of activities.
However the dinners are very often inedible as the soups are cold, meat is tough and Veggi’s undercooked . This can easily be fixed if it becomes a priority.
Overall my mother really appreciates being there.

Please pay attention.
1. I don't eat scrambled eggs every day. Please stop serving them to me every day. I am 65 years old. Cholesterol is a concern for me.
2. I need my fruit ground up. Please stop giving me hard pieces of fruit. I don't have any teeth. I could have swallowed the pieces of mellon you served Sunday morning - swallowed the pieces whole, but that would bring indigestion and a stomach ache.
3. Please stop putting my toast on the plate with the fruit. Soggy toast is the result and not at all palatable.
Breakfast today was sadly an "F".

This place is absolutely amazing, they take such good care of my mom on the 4th floor in the Cranston West cell. The food is good and the staff are really friendly and attentive. I have read some negative reviews here but my experience with the staff and community there has been nothing short of excellent.

It's like a 5 star hotel but overall I am giving 4 stars.The staff are very friendly and genuine.Very impressed with the food for an institution.Lovely breakfasts,soups at lunch time are very tasty.Lots of activities but I am a bit young for this place at 69.The clients are mainly deaf or senile or worse.No conversation and sadly at the end of their lives.Staff help them maintain their dignity but I have no time for them.Lovely large single rooms.2 assisted showers a week.Lovely new building about 5 years old.

People here don’t have a Lotta common sense the place isn’t very clean. The rooms are not bad but somebody should have a camera to see how they clean how they wipe things down how they clean the entrance area. I think people would be appalled because realistically, I don’t think these people know how to clean that they’ve hired to do the job. I think they need to monitor everybody a little bit better and I think they need to watch their staff a little bit better because there’s a lot of non common sensible things that go on here

Very well organized. Beautiful building. Lots of rooms to visit, have meals while my mother. Food is good and lots of variety. Amazing fishtank. Staff and management truly care about residents and family or guests.
