Brett had come to my home originally to do a free estimate and was very clear and concise on everything that would be required to put in extra receptacles around the basement and in our master bath. The quote broke down everything in the price so it felt very transparent. Comparing to some other quotes we had received 4Star was cheaper too. Brandon and Brett came to do the work scheduled and they were both friendly and efficient, they also made sure I was aware of all work and changes done and understood why. Brett Hooge was the electrician who came by and man, he was fantastic. He was so kind, concise, and walked me through everything he was doing. The quote was clearly laid out for me before he even started the work, and we discussed contingency plans should anything come up along the way unexpectedly. I felt very secure and assured in everything that was being done. Brett fixed up my outdoor light fixture and made it work again, cleaned up my cabling and conduit for my garage, and told me about impending issues I should prioritize. I also received a safety check (for free!) on my outlets, breaker panel, and smoke alarms.

They came back a few months after to installed a few other features to make my house in par as per code. I have used then a few other times as well.

I’ve been cleaning my place on my own for over 12 years and finally decided to treat myself to a deep clean of my 1 bedroom apartment and I am so glad that I did. The Mission Maids team made booking so seamless through their ability to text for booking and Kelly made sure I knew what I was getting. I’m quite A-type and she was able to answer all my questions and provide me with a rough estimate and a checklist. Very clear with what was in scope and what was extras. Fadi and his team did a fantastic job deep cleaning and left my place sparkling. This is definitely worth it if you love a clean space. They even added little touches folding my throw and rearranging my couch cushions which I loved. I plan on doing a deep clean at least once or twice a year just to help with keeping my place sparkling. Definitely helps with my cleaning regimen.

My husband and I just bought a new home and moved in 3 weeks prior to Mission Maids coming to do a cleaning. We had preemptively booked them in for monthly visits and after their first clean with us I noticed massive stains on my quartzite counter tops by our stove top. After assessment from a few contractors they had advised us it was most likely an oil based stove top cleaner that seeped into the side of the counters and stained them. We have had to go through multiple contractors to find someone to repair the stone without have to replace our entire kitchen counters and it has been a hassle. At first when we had let mission maids know they were responsive and now as this has gone on they have become less response (we are going through insurance) but had asked for our money back for our initial cleaning. They then responded, why? I’d think that would be the first thing you would do is provide money back for a service that was unsatisfactory and caused property damage. Needless to say we cancelled the rest of our cleanings with this company. I am devastated that my new home is ruined. I do not recommend mission maids, think twice before booking!

This is something we’ve contemplated for several years. Gentlemen Pros were able to come and give us a thorough explanation of how and which model of air conditioner would work in our home with a detailed estimate (with no surprises). Then were prompt on the date and time we booked. They did an excellent job, explained the process beforehand on the first visit and after install did a walk through to show their good work. They were respectful of our home and the cleanup was great. They used tarps to protect the floors where necessary. No garbage left behind. Explained how to operate our new air conditioning unit and again about the regular maintenance to give it a long life. It looks very nice where it now resides. The unit is very quiet.
Richard was pleasant and informative. I am very pleased with Richard, Josh and Chris’s work. I highly recommend Gentlemen Pros for any kind of job they cover. I love their warranty and their motto. I believe I can depend on them.

This company provides a first-class, professional service. I must say though that unless you have pockets 10″ deep, their service is very expensive. After speaking with their finance dept and voicing my concerns about pricing, I would not hire them again – because I can’t afford them. To install in two bathroom sinks, a total of 4 shut off valves (which I’ve done myself), install the centre sink drain, and slightly cut back the black drain piping to fit two new sinks in two bathrooms, my bill was 912.00. I thought the flat rate would be less expensive – but it certainly wasn’t. I realize I am paying for a superior service, but it would have been much less expensive.

Called them to fix my humidly in my house, (it’s at 75% level) They told me my compressor is needs adjusting, they broke my compressor, tech was not experienced. Told me it’s a $3000 to fix the compressor, 6-8 weeks to bring in the part. Or buy a new unit for $6000.
I opted to buy the new unit cause it was quicker. When they came to install the new unit, they installed a different & wrong unit that was much larger. Without telling me. Argued that it’s the correct unit, after a few days I proved with the originally email quote is and was the wrong unit installed.
Today, my humility is still too high at 75%
Called the head office to chat about the humility, still not fixed. And I have the wrong unit still installed.

Very pleased with the work done from start to Finish. Nick and Bren were great, they were very respectful and polite. My wife was working from home during the install and she mentioned she felt comfortable. The work they did looks great, they take pride in their work and makes me feel good about the equipment installed in our home. They also walked us through a couple of things we should know to help with maintenance. I have a friend who went with Action a couple of years ago and I also noticed when I was over then the install looked good and well done, he has had no complaints, which is part of the reason we went with Action. Also during our city inspection the inspector mentioned we went with one of the best installers in the city which gave us great piece of mind and made us feel good about our choice to go with action.

Hardings did an amazing job painting my kitchen cabinets and walls. Harpreet and his team are obviously perfectionist as it turned out amazing! The clean up they did when it was all done was unexpected and extremely appreciated.
Laszlo and his guys did a fantastic job on my baseboards and replaced the kitchen cabinet knobs with handles. They finished ahead of schedule and he was able to add a quick job replacing some rotting boards from my front deck.

OMG! These guys started at 7 AM and left at 9 PM. They came prepared to upgrade my power in my old neighborhood. They worked in the rain and tried their best to make everything the way I wanted. They were «done» in 8 hours. The problem was the city inspector who does not understand what grandfathering means and doing it the » the code city way» which can be interpreted in so many ways. The inspector knows he can pull rank and had a power trip, making 24/7 relocate the power panel box and wreck 45 year old gorgeous wood, plus leave open exposed concrete wall. The master electrician was furious BUT very professional. This meant he had to get extra supplies at retail prices late in the day, to bring the panel to «said» code. Now my house has extra electrical boxes instead of a direct connection to my electrical box.
Because I’m » pissy» at the city inspector: Nice call bucko. Real safe right there. Safety over height is the proper hazardous way to go. NOT !!! BUT! Enmax was great to work with, who works very well with 24/7.
