I had a dealing with Bruce this week. I had emailed him asking for a quote for a job, stating what I had done & what I thought might have been the issue, stating quite clearly that I had taken the dishwasher apart in the email. He emailed me back late the same day around 8pm just stating to call him. I returned his call the next morning. I discussed very clearly that I wanted to do things cost effectively & discuss whether or not to have a repair or replacement before agreeing to anything. He said he understood & did not ask anymore questions or ask for photos. I was thrilled he could replace the part for a reasonable price and so fast. He showed up around 1pm to fix the appliance. He looked at it and asked "who did this" I explained that I had taken it apart as stated in my email. He stated "well we quoted you to replace a pump. Not a manufacturing job." He then lectured me about this being dangerous stating that "he is not my dad but..." I am a 40 year old single woman who is a home owner, not a child. I stated I had provided what I thought the issue was & what I had done and if he was unsure he could have asked for more photos before committing. He stated he was still charging me the service charge for coming out. So he offered to take it out of the cabinets for me which I agreed to as he was "already going to charge me". He then even offered to come back to install a new washer when I got it, no thanks. While I did appreciate the efficiency I did not enjoy being talked to like I was a child & the lack of information gathered before agreeing to complete a service that he did not complete. I would advise against using him as a single woman because I feel like he did not complete the due diligence of information gathering before committing & coming out to see the job. I am now out $157 & he even tried to explain further when I was paying about how I was essentially wasting his time today and he had to charge me regardless. Use at your own risk as a woman.

Early today I was in touch with Bruce looking for parts of my fridge hoping that I could save an old Samaung fridge. When I was talking to him, he guide me through on how to replace the freezer sensor. Few days back the P2 error code pops up. Upon searching it on Google its say sensor failure. To make it short, he gave me 2pcs of sensor as he point out there are 2 sensor on this type of fridge. However, when I open it up i has only one. In this case I still have spare in case needed in the future. His advise really helps me save few hundred dollar. DIY base on his advise, steps how to get through. Today is my holiday CM/PM at home. Base on this experience, I highly recommend Bruce and his company for any refrigeration matters. Try to talk to him and listen to his advise. Surely, same as me you will save thousands of dollars. By the way, the parts I got from him was $73.50 for 2. Anyway, the fridge is now working and hope will last little longer. Thank you once again and never give up in something! Like me you can also do and made yourself be proud of and save.

Bruce was fantastic. I love how he is straight up and honest with you through the whole process. I will keep him in mind if I shall need to use him again. Five stars all the way ✨️

These guys get 10 solid gold stars, no question about it. They were very clear in the scope of work, arrived on site on time with everything they needed to service our dishwasher and we're able to trouble shoot a missing hose with no problems. They remained very professional and communicated clearly while working, I cannot praise the work enough and the way they made the procedure was painless. 200% would hire again if needed.
