Great experience - very great communication from start to finish with timelines and they were very fast with getting a tech out to look at the issue. The tech Ravil was really quick at identifying the problem and professional. Overall great experience and recommend the company.

Extremely happy with the service I received from this local neighborhood appliance repair company. Started with excellent communication, both by email and phone. An accurate estimate for likely replacement part and labor. The technician Ravil, was polite, professional, thorough, and explained beforehand what may have been the cause for my dryer not heating. He was able to test the electrical and wiring first and confirm it was a heating element replacement required. He went above and beyond and cleaned/vacummed the dryer throughout. I can highly recommend this company, and will definitely call them for any future appliance repair needs. 10/10
