Awesome service, good diagnostic and very helpful diagnostic efforts on reason for the fault, Serge was able to troubleshoot my cooker also, highly recommend freedom Appliances, he was able to diagnose the stove, found the fault and fixed it. Thank you for your service

Freedom Appliances has polite and professional technicians who arrived on time and put in a good effort. However, they couldn’t solve my fridge issue(probably software related) despite me explaining it and showing a video. The cancellation policy is a bit tricky, so make sure your problem persists before booking. Unfortunately, they also left deep gouges in my hardwood floor and blamed it on the floor being soft. They could be right, but I would have appreciated it if they had taken precautions or at least warned me beforehand. Overall, good service but with some downsides.

Max had to come out to our unit twice in 3 days because the first time he came, the dishwasher magically started working again, and then stopped once he was gone! He was very professional, friendly and helpful, and didnt double charge me which I greatly appreciated. He made great recommendations for purchasing a new dishwasher, and I will definitely use Freedom Appliances again for any of my appliance repairs!

I came home to my refrigerator no longer working! My phone call to Freedom Appliances was answered and I was given an appointment for the next morning. The technician was on time and was able to diagnose the issue and secure the necessary part for repair. He returned to my home and completed the job.
Max, the technician, did a great job. He was efficient, and addressed an additional issue with the water line.
I highly recommend Freedom Appliances for any appliance repair in your home. His pricing is fair and the work was completed quickly and professionally. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Max saved my bacon! Literally!
Bacon was among the things in jeopardy of going bad in my broken refrigerator. I got same-day service and Max was friendly and fast! He found the problem right away. Awesome and affordable, I highly recommend!

Ilya was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We had a problem with our refrigerator icing up and he came promptly, identified the issue, ordered the part and installed it the next day. We couldn’t be happier and we will definitely contact Freedom
