Refuses to communicate since September. Waiting to have my TV repaired or replaced via Visions Electronic Warranty. Ignoring customers for months on end equal me never using your business and ensuring others don't as well.
EDIT: Visions got the ball rolling on this company. They finally sent out technicians to fix my TV and it got fixed in a week. Not sure why this had to take 5 months with no communication but I'll increase the star rating simply because the technicians were great. The company on the other hand is not a company I ever want to use again though.

First they came out to diagnose our issue and said we could order the part and install ourselves.
We reached out to LG regarding the motherboard for our TV and they said it would not be possible to self install. They don’t know what they’re talking about.
We got the part for free through LG on our own and then Ken quoted us $100.00 to install since they came out the first time to diagnose and they wouldn’t charge that again.
My wife took the day off work to get the part installed. They no showed.
Then I stayed home today to have them finally come install this before Christmas. They were here maybe 30-45 minutes and then claimed I owed $260.00 for labour and "driving time".
They GOUGED us. Now we paid $360 total to have a part installed on our LG TV + 2 days off work (they give a 4 hour window on when they will show up - if they show up). saying it was "driving time". We live inner city Calgary which is in their driving limits in their website.
Do not trust them. Con artists.

I used this company for a warranty repair on my Panasonic microwave. No complaints whatsoever. They picked up the microwave in a timely manner, repaired it and returned to me in perfect working order!

Great service. Friendly and personnel are experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. Provided service after hours so we could do our laundry tonight. Keep their promise of servicing our washer today!!

I brought my TV to have it diagnosed and when I didn’t agree with the fixing price i got my tv back without the screws as shown in the picture, the Tv have only screws that puts the TV together and the other screws were missing.
The receipt says the tech 999 was working on the TV

I have an LG washer. The washer stopped working. Its under warranty. I called LG, they said that Southland Technical Services would be able to come for diagnoses on March 12. Southland would call me Monday morning (March 11). No call, so I called them and they advised me that LG is "thousands of km's away" and don't have access to their schedule. They said the fastest they could come out would be on Saturday - March 16!!!
I call LG back, they use an online scheduler with this company - they sent them the work order. LG has gotten me in touch with another company who will be out tomorrow.
Why have a contract with a major company if you can't keep up with their customers needs?

These guys are the absolute best. We had an issue with our television and they were able to get us and appointment quickly. They came to our home took the TV off the wall and completed the repair in our living room without issue. Both Technicians were friendly and professional and stress free. 10/10 Highly recommend.
