Hello, We just had our service done and I would like to send a note recognizing the person who came to our house. Not that many times you have such a polite, respectful and with such a good work ethic person come to your house. He was an amazing professional who not only did his best to fix the problem, he also made sure he left everything like he found it. Even folded the soaked towels that he used during the service so nicely! He deserves a recognition. Thank you again,

We recently bought a home where this company installed a hood fan microwave combo in 2022. They did an absolutely terrible job - none of the cooking odours vent outside, and any time we cook, it's extremely smelly in the entire place, indicating that the hood fan venting was not installed correctly. We called this company when we saw their name on the manual in the home we moved into, in order to have this issue rectified. They were no help whatsoever. Guess they don't guarantee their work. Edit: We did call Valley View Appliances with this exact request a few weeks back, and we were not helped. Here's what we received from the previous owner indicating that you did the install (installation date, May 30/22, Valley View Appliances). I'm sure the microwave was installed correctly (so good job on that!) but the venting situation was obviously not done properly based on your experience. Obviously the previous owner didn't push back, and that's too bad, because now we are the ones having to remedy the poor work.

Honest, reliable, affordable, polite, punctual. Great service, won’t sell you anything you don’t need, the only service company I would call. I’ve had them fix stuff for me quite a few times.

Professional from start to finish would highly recommend. Bosch dishwasher quit on a Saturday night. I booked an appointment online on Sunday. Got a call first thing Monday morning to confirm an arrival time in the window I had requested on the day I had requested. Steve arrived when he said he would and was courteous and professional. Before he ripped everything apart he spend time properly diagnosing the problem. It became apparent he had done his research AHEAD OF TIME; this meant he did not have to go away and return another day but instead he had the part with him! Impressive. The defective part was replaced and Steve did a proper check for leaks. The dishwasher was then re-seated back under the counter better than it had been previously - even replacing a badly installed screw that had been scratching the door. Throughout the process Steve clearly communicated the diagnosis, the cost and how long it would take. The work was done with covering on the floor to protect the hardwood; The dishwasher was re-installed perfectly and works like new and the area he worked was left clean and tidy. If I have any appliance repair needs I'll be calling Valley View again and should you call them and Steve comes to your door you know you are in good hands!

Prompt arrival. Took great care to protect floors and cabinets. Steve was very knowledgeable and thorough. Replaced a failed part in our oven and checked all its systems over before buttoning it up again. Should we need appliance repair again we will call Valley View Appliances.

We have used Valley View Appliances for two appliance repairs. Their prices are very fair, and they have unmatched customer service. The level of customer service from both the booking and the technician was absolutely fantastic! During each appliance repair the technician was extremely knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot and repair the problems without any issues. The technician would give us tips & tricks for preventive maintenance we could do on our own to prevent further issues with our appliances. Absolutely would recommend these guys!
