Morrison Homes is my builder. I am happy moving in to my home. They follow what we requested, Make a change without hassle. Very responsive if you have little concerns in your new home. Immediately answer questions. They don't leave us alone confuse. I am happy I chose Morrison Homes in my first home. I will definitely stay at Morrison when I need to build another homes in the future and will highly recommend them to my friends and family. I have no issues at all. I love this company. Bought Sigle family dethatched house in Livingston NW Calgary, The sales team is awesome, knowledgeable & very accommodating, whole experience was easy and one stop shop & done in few meetings. quality and finishes of home is better then other builders, we took our possession in April 2025 and six of our friends are inline during 2025 to get their houses with Morrison in 2025 in same area. will update this review as we go through the warranty process.

Overall, our experience with Morrison Homes was excellent. The team was professional, organized, and kept us well-informed at every stage. From the initial design selections to the final walkthrough, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. This is my second time building a new home in Calgary, and to be honest, Morrison Homes provided far superior service compared to the other builder. The other builders don’t allow you to inspect your home freely during construction, but I thought this was one of the best aspects of working with Morrison Homes. They allowed me to visit the site every weekend, which enabled me to catch contractors' mistakes during construction. Sure, this approach may create more headaches and communication efforts for builders, but it gave me peace of mind. The Morrison Homes sales manager and site superintendent assured me that all deficiencies were addressed while the home was still under construction. I believe this is possible because Morrison Homes is confident in delivering high-quality homes for its clients. I am a very picky client, as I also work in the building industry, but I am very satisfied with the service provided by the sales manager and the construction team. Communication was fast and efficient, and I truly appreciate that Morrison Homes allowed their clients to walk through the site for inspections.

We recently visited Morrison homes design studio and our design consultant was Nikki Cole and she was really helpful and great during entire meeting. She listens patiently to everything, she took enough time to explain every single thing and she pay attention to details. Even after our meetings she was very easy to reach through email and addressed every single concerns that we had. She helped us in customizing the house according to our requirements and gave us such amazing and honest suggestions whenever we asked her.
