I got my possession this year and love my house. Wave homes provided us with great fixtures and amenities along with high quality appliances which mostly other builders don’t.
Great team of Marilena and Dalbir thank you so much for your support and cooperation. The finish of the house is sleek and flawless and its really beautiful inside and out.
I am enjoying the luxury of life in my house.

Terrible builder. Donot trust at all. They have so many fine prints and force you to sign. When we started having issues and they are just postponing . My sister lost over $10000 because of their unethical practices. Definitely taking legal action.
Update: my sister is calling and scheduling meeting since last year. No reply at all, parimal already aware of situation, no help

I can’t even explain how much Marilena helped with our house, when we first saw the house it was a dream house but unfortunately it wasn’t for sale just yet but Marilena a genie basically, she made our wishes come true, she talked to everyone and she convinced wave homes to sell this house to us, and we got it !! We needed a lot of stuff for our new house and Marilena got straight to work and she finished in 2 months, like I said I cannot explain how grateful I am for wave homes and mostly for Marilena . THANK YOU !!

Merilena was very helpful to find us a suitable home. She was very welcoming more than the other home builder show homes next door. Even after our possession date she still often comes to our home to check if everything was done correctly. She made sure that everything in our home was made just how we preferred it and every time we visit the show home she was very hospitable and gave us water and snacks.
