Associated Cabs

I had a wonderful cab ride. He was east Indian He was absolutely wonderful Got to ask him a lot of questions Since I’m from Canada Don’t know much outside of Canada He was one of the best cabs I’ve had in a long time!! The laughter. It was great!! Thank you!! if I had to take a cab again. I hope it’s him driving!! I can’t say enough good things right now about my ride home!!

Got in a taxi with the license plate #A34742 that was waiting outside of ranchman’s after closing time on a Friday night. My two friends and I specifically told our address correctly three times and we ended up in the south instead of near the university like we mentioned, taking us in the complete opposite direction. It was extremely hot in the car and the seats were very dirty. The driver did not wear a seatbelt which caused a loud beeping the entire ride and was recklessly driving. He was speeding for most of the drive, making us nauseous. He would miss turns and exits, come to an immediate stop, then make a sharp turn and then reverse in the middle of the road. Then we tried to pay using a machine and he kept playing around with the buttons after we tapped and inserted our cards (tried to pay multiple times and our cards were not the issue), he wouldn’t let the payments load and go through. We ended up having to gather enough cash for an awful ride that was supposed be only 20 minutes and ended up being 45. We felt unsafe, uncomfortable and almost scammed with the way he didn’t listen to us giving him the correct directions to our destination. Terrible ride. Definitely will be sticking with uber, at least we know they’ll take us to the right place and not charge us more than deserved.

The ride wasn't for me, it was for a man who couldn't speak English. The male dispatcher was very helpful in trying to find someone who spoke Spanish. After all is said and done, I called my favorite taxi company and he is safely on his way to the correct address.

Very poor experience driver was driving erratically on the horn to people doing the speed limit swerving through traffic blowing through stop signs. We have taken a cab home from stampede every night and it has been 33-35 dollars. I handed him 40 dollars and the driver tried to tell us it was 60 so I asked to see his meter and he said he didn’t have it on so he was skimming off the cab company. Had a very poor experience disappointing to see the lack of professionalism and willing to put himself and others at risk on the road 0-DK728 was the plate number

My driver was awesome. Typically they are! Mathematically, this company is at about a 99% with me. I have had one issue in about 100 rides. So thats pretty great in my books. All in all the drivers are friendly, the cars are clean and they are generally on-time. They get me to where i need to go without additional costs or jacked up fees. They are reasonably priced and easy to contact. At the end of the day, this company is my number 1 go to 🙂

The driver was very punctual, arriving precisely at the time requested. He was very obliging and helpful. We also liked that he was driving on a highway under the speed limit. We enjoyed our experience with Associated Cab.

Unfortunately they came to the wrong door and we didn't receive the cab. I do appreciate the fast response from the company and the care from everyone involved. It was a busy night and understand why the didn't come over to our pickup location. We did manage to find a cab and get our patrons home.
