Couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from these guys. It was a weeknight and they were quick and courteous and drove my car appropriately. Couldn't ask for more for a safe ride home. Will use them again
After reading the reviews from others, I would like to reiterate that the cost is no more expensive than taking an uber to and from the location and i can drive to work in the morning after waking up in my own bed with no dui

Scam. When booking they request the pickup and drop off address, once provided they provide a quote based on the kilometres travelled. I was quoted $92 and had a safe ride home. When going to pay I was charged $152 before tip. When I asked the driver why the rate was different than the quote he just explained that this was the calculated cost.
Rated 2 stars because they didn’t crash my car.

I was very disappointed with the experience using this service today. I was given an expected cost of $95 and ended up having to pay $154. This did include an extra stop that was along the way. It isn’t likely we will be using this service again. I could have used Uber or Lyft both ways for half the price.

Just got home after an awesome experience with Keys Please. Didn’t get then name of the drivers but they were married couple and the dude that drove me and my truck home was great. Easy conversation and a safe passenger experience. 10/10 will use again! Yes the cost is more than Uber, but I know my vehicle is home safe and not being vandalized or stolen and that’s 110% worth it.

Unit 106, Gord and Marnie were great. Prompt, friendly, treated my car respectfully. I normally use Uber when I know I’ll be drinking, who wouldn’t prefer to pay less. But there are nights that you don’t plan for those extra drinks fall into your mouth, so I’m happy to have a reliable service to get me and my car home to safety. Thanks guys.

Great experience! Unit 106 - Gord & Marnie, were my drivers. They were fast, communicated well, and Gord listened to my blaring country music with a smile! Thanks! Will use them again!

Keys Please has always been my go to as well. Until the most recent turn of events. On September 19th I was out at a work function. I called Keys Please and they showed up in a timely fashion as they always do. The driver who I believe was named Patrick, could not figure out how to move the driver's seat back and told me he "turned on the heated seats" which I then told him were actually on the dash. Now, generally speaking moving seats should not be that hard for someone who drives professionally. They all typically work the same, be it a button on the side or a bar under the front etc... This should have been my first red flag. At that time, he apologized to me and said he was "going thru some personal issues". What I didn't know at the time until a few minutes later, is my co-workers witnessed him almost hitting a car backing out of the parking spot. Upon leaving the Steak House which was located off Barlow and 32nd NE, driving west on 32nd, the driver ran a red light IN MY CAR and lost his following car. He had plenty of time to stop. At the next 1 or 2 intersections, he then came to an almost complete stop in the middle of an intersection on a YELLOW light, then proceeded to exit the intersection on another RED light. Not to mention, he left the signal light on a couple times, and I had asked him if he was actually changing lanes or what? It was at this time, I told the driver I did not feel safe and that he should be able to drive better than I could under the circumstances. I told him to pull over and get me another driver. I then called my co-workers who by this time, had already made it to Deerfoot and 16th Avenue with their DD, yet I had only made it nearly 6 or 8 blocks with mine. Patrick pulled over at the Calgary Transit Center on 32nd, where I proceeded to kick him out of my car. Keep in mind, he lost his following car by blowing through a red light (technically 2). My co-workers made it to my location, which again was only 8 blocks away from the restaurant, long before his following car even showed up. Keys Please then proceeded to insist I pay nearly $35 for an unsafe ride. Besides, the ride itself, that right there is what made me completely irate. I refused to pay for this unsafe trip and they called the police. My co-workers and I waited quite a while to try and sort this out with the Police, however after waiting, my boss decided to just pay the $35 so everyone could go home and so that Keys Please would send me another driver. That said, the 2nd driver whose name was Gord was wonderful. Him and his wife were amazing, got me home safe and we had a lovely chat on the drive.
I will say this, I have been lobbying to use Keys Please for our company functions instead of taxis. In fact, a couple of my co-workers stated they also use Keys Please. Well past tense - they won't anymore. And my boss said unequivocally, they will no longer consider Keys Please as a "safe" alternative to get our co-workers home from our many company events. One EXCEPTIONALLY bad experience, and how it was handled by Keys Please, has indeed cost them business. Mine, my co-workers who were all there to witness it, and my friends and family who I have shared my experience with. All I can say is, do better, be better Keys Please. The people that call you are trying to be responsible, good humans and yet they get penalized for YOUR errors, or those of your contractors, employees or however they operate.
