I love our new couch! Dave was so great very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery guys were great, communicating when are furniture will be there, they set it up with ease. There was a mix up on the size of the ottoman they communicated with us and was resolved promptly.

Bought a sectional and a big ottoman. We were helped by the lovely Courtney who answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. She showed us a variety of sectionals and did not do the pushy sale bit! She was awesome!! A credit to the company.
The sectional arrived when they said it would and the delivery guys came in unpacked it and set it up. They were also awesome very good at what they do, it was altogether a great experience and I would definitely use them again!

Our experience with Canvas + Loft was wonderful from start to finish. Mark, our sales associate, was personable, and very inviting, and did not pressure us in the least, unlike sales associates at other furniture stores. He was very clear and communicated with us their policies, and delivery details. They were true to their word and gave us an incredible deal on the price of our furniture set, and delivery was quick, easy and efficient. A secondary shout out to the Delivery team, who were awesome as well. A few weeks later Mark even called to follow-up with how we were enjoying the new furniture, and to ask how the delivery went. Highly recommend. Thank you Mark and the entire team at Canvas + Loft for making this such an easy and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Highly recommend canvas & loft. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful employees. Never felt pressured or followed while browsing. Delivery was perfect.
I purchased the Sophia sleeper sectional. This couch has been amazing.
I mentioned to salesman that i had 3 cats and needed a durable material, and was told this was a great choice because of the tight weave. I've had this couch now for 3 months and not one single loop out of place , infact I don't even see them try and scratch it. Yet still scratch my other one constantly.
HIGHLY reccomend this couch if you have cats. It's very good quality .
Overall it was a great experience. Amazing employees and customer service.

I purchased the manhattan sectional from canvas and loft. Couch is absolutely gorgeous! Very happy with the purchase. I waited about a month for it to arrive into Calgary and picked up from warehouse myself. Everything was super smooth and absolutely in love with it. Thanks canvas and loft!!

Excellent experience overall and couch quality far exceeded our expectations! We were expecting 2-3 weeks for delivery but were surprised when the couch arrived a few days later! Dave and his coworkers were extremely friendly and very accommodating. Will not hesitate to shop here again in the future!
