I purchased ski boots for my 15 year old son in the summer sales. Max was so helpful, he measured every detail of my son’s feet, size, last, instep etc. He recommended a selection of boots and talked us through the pros and cons of each. What a knowledgeable and helpful guy! This is the kind of service that makes shopping in the mall a pleasure! Thanks to Max and sporting life in Market Mall, my son loves his new boots!

Sporting Life at CF Chinook Centre is fantastic! The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. The store is well-organized with a great selection of gear and apparel. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality sports equipment and top-notch service!

Went in today, at 10am to discuss the possibility of an exchange which was causing some discomfort when in use. The lady at the cash in a red top and jeans and her manager understood and helped me with the claim. Perfectly sorted out and easy to deal with in person as explained online. I will buy from that Market mall location again. I found exactly what I needed at the perfect price and all staff were nice, aware and helpful. Thanks again and have a great week.

We stopped by Sporting Life for some last-minute summer shopping and only had about 30 minutes before closing. Ethan was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He made sure we got the right sizes for my nephews and went above and beyond by offering great suggestions for my husband’s running shoes. Even though we were there right until closing, Ethan never made us feel rushed. His professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude truly stood out. Dear [Store Manager/Owner], I recently visited your store for the first time on the evening of Saturday, July 5th, as I was interested in purchasing some t-shirts. While there, I had an unusual and uncomfortable experience that I would like to bring to your attention. I had taken two t-shirts with me to try on in the fitting room. When I approached the fitting area, a tall white male employee with a nose piercing took the shirts from my hands, inspected them, and placed them on a chair inside the fitting room. I found this behavior unusual, but I initially assumed it might have been a misunderstanding or standard procedure I was unfamiliar with. Later, when I returned to try on another item—a pair of shorts along with a t-shirt I had already decided to purchase—the same employee repeated the same actions. He again took the clothing items from my hands and handled them in the same manner. This experience made me feel quite uncomfortable and confused, and I’m unsure whether this is a new store policy or if there may have been another reason for this behavior. I would appreciate it if you could clarify whether this is standard procedure, or if there might have been a mistake or misunderstanding. I also want to express that the interaction left me feeling singled out, and I’d like to understand the store’s approach to customer service in situations like this.
