I moved to Calgary a couple of years ago and I was looking to buy furniture.
In Surplus Furniture, Mr ARDYSON gave me great council and showed me great stuff.
I had a wonderful deal with him.
After that whatever I need just I walk into their store or call him and always he is willing to help.
I have a great experience with Surplus Furniture in calgary.
I highly recommend everyone to visit their store and enjoy the shopping with them.
The most important thing is they are honest and everything is on the table, specially Mr. ARDYSON.
If you have damaged stuff or need splash for your pillows, just you are 1 phone call away.

Made another amazing purchase from these awesome people. Always great to deal with, nothing but smiles, courtesy, and even some unknown humour.
Got home to unload my new sectional and this was on the back! Hahaha. Laughed my a$$ off seeing this! Good times gents. Thanks again for another amazing purchase.

Justin was fantastic to deal with. I haven’t received the furniture yet and will review after in have received it. I will say if Justin had not taken over from Omid, I never would have bought anything. Justin was knowledgeable and easy to work with
Updated: unfortunately when I received the furniture, there was a rip in the back of the couch, a leg on an end table was damaged and a bracket was missing so I couldn’t put together the bed frame. They brought me a new leg for the bed frame with the required bracket but didn’t even apologize or offer anything for the other damaged pieces. I doubt I will shop there again because of this

Had a great experience purchasing a couch at Surplus Furniture. It was my first time in the store and I was surprised how much selection there was, with reasonable prices compared to other furniture stores I visited that day. Thanks to Justin and Ardy for the warm welcome and helping me get the right couch for my small apartment. Same day delivery too. I would recommend starting your furniture hunting here first!

I went in for a bed and came out with exactly what I wanted at a price that I was looking for. I’m so happy with my purchase. My bed is so comfortable. I finally slept all night long. Omid was my salesperson and he was excellent! From beginning to end, he provided exceptional customer service and I will definitely be going back for more pieces of furniture. This is the only place I shop at in Calgary for my furniture. I got couches here about eight years ago and I had great service. This is why I came back. They also provide lending services if you need help purchasing furniture, which is super convenient.

We came here to purchase some furniture for a new home and was immediately welcomed by all the staff. Omid, our sales representative, was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. He gave us a great deal and was both kind and light-hearted, which made the experience even better.We truly appreciated the excellent service and all the helpful advice. visited this sofa store recently because I was interested in buying a new sofa. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. The lady who was supposed to help us did not treat me well. When I asked her questions about the prices, she did not listen properly and seemed to ignore me. She suddenly walked away while I was still talking to her, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
When I tried to ask her again, she was not friendly at all and her face looked unhappy, like she did not want to help us. I think good customer service is very important, especially when people come to spend their money on expensive furniture.
I hope the management can train their staff to be more polite, patient, and helpful with all customers. Because of this experience, I did not feel comfortable buying anything from this store.
