Dr Jason Lehr is very professional and knowledgeable. He spent some time to explain how we can help to fix my problem with my nails on my 2 larger toes. The receptionist is very friendly. I would recommend people to go there if you have any problems with your feet.

What a waste of my time. The Dr saw me for maybe 5 minutes? He spoke so fast that I didn't even process half of what he said until after he left the room. I came away with very little actual information about what's going on with my foot, much more information about why I should shell out hundreds of dollars for orthotics, because he said so. The front desk staff had a personal conversation, looking at each other and laughing back and forth, while myself and others stood at the front to be acknowledged, which really didn't help the overall experience.
Definitely getting a second opinion from someone who will spend more than a few minutes in the room.

The care, customer experience and treatments at The Foot Institute are excellent. Always greeted with friendliness, they call me by name, wait times are short if nothing at all. Feel taken care of and treated respectfully. My concerns are listened to and care plan revolves around discussion. Their therapies and products are effective and fairly priced. Front end staff extremely helpful with paperwork required for insurance submission. Highly recommended.

I found Dr. Jason Lehr Very knowledgeable, and professional. I went in with a painful callus which he was able to treat successfully, and he outlined some options for preventing its return.
His assistant Kristin was also Extremely knowledgable and caring. She spent time giving me more context for my problem.
I would be happy to recommend this clinic to anyone seeking help with their foot problems.
As a yoga teacher, I need to be able to walk comfortably in bare feet on a hard surface and feel much more confident here now.
My wait for treatment was quite brief and acceptable.

Would strongly recommend going elsewhere if you need orthotics. Spent $600 on orthotics at this location not only were they not helpful for my needs but I found out from another specialist that the ones I was given only cost $65 to make. They did not relieve the pressure on the part of my foot that needed offloading. I would recommend you rather try Rahman Orthotics in the north of Calgary. It’s a bit of a drive if you live in the south but totally worth it. Better orthotics for a fraction of the price.

All the staff is so friendly. Very accommodating for appt times. I had the k-laser treatment on my feet and can now walk in the morning without hobbling! I can’t believe I am pain free some days for the first time in 2 years!
