TheKey has been an exceptional support to our family during the challenging time of finding care for my mother. We chose TheKey after interviewing with several other home care companies for my uncles post operative care. From the first meeting we had with Shawntel, we felt like TheKey had everything to offer that we required. Jessica was our scheduler and she did a great job with getting a caregiver in place that fit what my uncle needed. We will be using TheKey again in the future for any of ours or our families home care needs.

Open communication is something you never have to question while working with TheKey and specifically, Shawntel. Their caregivers truly put the word "care" in the title and are beyond helpful and responsive. I have used TheKey for my grandmother and the team is full of immense knowledge of home care and everyone is so kind. They really make you feel at ease when getting care in place.

TheKey has been a tremendous asset to our support system when caring for my in-laws. The caregivers have been well trained, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. The office staff have been very supportive, knowledegable and responsive to our requests over the years. It was refreshing for us to know that when TheKey changed their name, all the staff remained the same, especially our care manager Shawntel, she has been such a major suppport for our family. It has been refreshing to have help from people who care so much after, we had a few bumps with other companies. I have recommended TheKey to many friends and family members. Thank you to staff for continuing to be such benefit for our entire family.
