I had quite a big job that needed to be done. Tiptop sent the whole team for me, on a weekend no less. Nick, Paul, Ray,Roman,Sebastian and they even sent another technician, Brian just to make sure it was handled. From my first phone call to the office with Allie, to making my final payment with Eva, another great part of their office staff, the whole process was great. I will highly recommend this calgary based, family owned business to all of my friends and family. Keep up the good work!!!

The night before a two-week vacation and heading into a long weekend —my A/C unit broke down. Total panic! Thankfully, Tip Top Plumbers came through once again. Despite the timing, they assured me someone would be available the next morning—and they delivered. Will arrived promptly and was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, giving me peace of mind before my trip. As a repeat customer, I continue to be impressed with their exceptional service and reliability. We had an excellent experience with Tiptop Plumbing. Over the weekend, we noticed that our toilet was leaking at the base and that there was some staining on the floor. On Sunday, we were assisted very promptly by Makenzie. She booked us in and sent a text reminder right away Our technician was Matthew Fulton. He was excellent. They contacted me half hour or so before arriving. When they came, they gave me quotes which I agreed to. Everything was explained to me right at the onset and after the work was done. They also identified another issue with my shower which was fixed right away. We had a great experience with this company. We have requested some quotes for some other work to be done in the future and look forward to working with them again!

Sebastian did a great job, I was 7hours away from leaving on a trip then discovered my ceiling was leaking. I contacted Tiptop Plumbing and they dispatched Sebastian. He ran his diagnostics and explained the problem very clearly & transparently. I approved the work and he had it all fixed within 2hours, I was able to still make my trip. Highly recommend these guys, very professional and competent technicians, I can tell they are trained and taken of well. Appreciate Kaitlyn’s & Sara’s incredible customer service even after the work was done. Very efficient and well run company indeed.

Kael was at my door in less than an hour after I contacted Tip Top. He was fast, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. When he needed assistance to lift the toilet, he was able to connect with Ray who was already finished his day. Ray came over and the two of them not only got the job done, but left the bathroom clean and tidy. Based on my experience, I’d highly recommend Tip Top.

I am so thrilled with Tip Top Plumbing! I reached out to them online and got a response within a couple hours. They were able to send Rey out to my place within 3 days to get an estimate of the work I needed done. Rey was able to do all the work I needed that day, he explained everything in a way I understood before and after doing the work. He was very kind and professional. Being a shift worker I really appreciated Tip Tops flexibility with how to contact them and I really appreciated their quick response! I have worked with other plumbing companies previously who took forever to schedule and where I didn’t feel the most comfortable having them in my home but this was not the case with Tip Top Plumbing and Heating. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services and I will 100% use them again!

I called for help with my hot water tank. Within a few hours they sent a technician (Will) to take a look. He was so helpful and showed me everything he did along the way. He was able to complete the job and fix the issue within just a few hours. He was so personable and easy to work with. He had an apprentice with him who was so polite and eager to learn. Highly recommend this company and especially Will!
