Excellent Day Trip experience with Banff Journey. We are lucky to see black bear and bighorn sheep on the road.
Special thanks to our tour guide, William. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the tourist sites. He is well-organized with the siting spot and time arrangements. Highly recommended to join their tours!

Edward was a wonderful tour guide. He showed us all the best points to take pictures, took us to the trailheads so we could explore, and told us a bit of history about the area! He had a great sense of humor to go along with it. Best girls trip ever!!

We had an amazing tour around Banff with Edward! He brought us to multiple beautiful stops and shared so much interesting information along the way — you can tell he really knows and loves the area. What made the experience truly stand out was how thoughtful and accommodating he was throughout the day. Edward went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy, and he even took tons of great photos for us so we could fully enjoy the sights without worrying about capturing the moment ourselves. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional guide in Banff!

Enjoyed the tour very much The highlight was Johnston Canyon but our tour guide knew so many more out-of-the way viewpoints.
It was a nice surprise to come upon a herd of sheep grazing
I plan to return with the same guide again later this summer
Edit: Enjoyed the tour so much I that I came again on the same tour 3 weeks later. After Johnston Canyon we saw all new locations and had such a lovely day. Guide was available to take super-nice photos

Edward was 15/10. Sooo incredible. We went to so many places and he took us to the most picturesque spots. He even stopped if we wanted to pull over and see something. He provided ponchos for the rain and was the best tour guide. Side note: we were actually booked for a different tour and William let us switch last minute. Best choice ever! If you’re considering it’s 100% worth the money - we would have never been able to do this on our own even though we rented a car!

I had an amazing experience with their tour guide and pick-up services in Calgary! The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly flexible to adjust the pace and itinerary suiting our preferences.
The pick-up and transport service was equally excellent: punctual, safe, and comfortable.
Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Me and my family felt well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and enriching travel experience!

Love Banff Journey! I went on several tours with this company. They offer a wide variety of tours ranging from scenic view points to short hikes. The tour guides are personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking to see many different unique outdoor spots around Canada.
