Huge thanks to Joseph and Larry for an unforgettable tour! Joseph has a sharp eye—he spotted bears and mule deer that we would’ve totally missed on our own. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole trip engaging and fun. Larry, our driver, was excellent—he drove safely the entire time and even helped with my luggage. It was my first time visiting Banff National Park, and this tour made it truly special. I highly recommend booking with them—definitely a five-star experience!

We joined a 4-day tour with Westar and had a mixed but overall enjoyable experience. For the first two days from Calgary to Banff, our guide was Simon. He was friendly, funny, and kept the group entertained while sharing useful information. He made the trip lively and enjoyable. On the third day, we had Yongbin. Unfortunately, his guiding style didn’t suit us. He spent much of the time comparing Canadian scenery with places in China, which felt out of place—we were here to experience and appreciate Canada. We would have preferred more relevant and engaging commentary about the local sights. The final day with Patrick was the highlight. He was wonderful—very friendly, professional, and informative. His warm personality made the day feel special, and we truly appreciated his effort in making our tour memorable. Overall, it was a lovely tour. While there were some ups and downs, we’re glad we joined and especially thankful to Simon and Patrick for making the trip enjoyable.

We had a great trip from Calgary to Jasper with Westar Travel. Our guide Joseph was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and took good care of us along the way. He also recommended great restaurants — everything we tried was delicious! Our driver Larry was safe and professional, and the ride was very smooth. The schedule was well planned, and we really enjoyed all the beautiful lakes and stops on the way. Highly recommended!

We had 3 amazing days visiting Jasper and Banff National Parks with Simon Wang! He was incredibly professional, attentive, and patient throughout the entire trip. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of, and his knowledge of the area added so much to the journey. Thanks to him！

We recently did a tour in Banff and had the pleasure of having Lisa as our guide. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. She ensured we got the best hotel lodge and even took the extra step to secure great accessibility options for my grandparents, which made a world of difference for their comfort and enjoyment. Lisa was incredibly attentive the entire trip—always checking in, offering thoughtful suggestions, and making sure everyone was having a great time. Her kindness, organization, and deep knowledge of the area made this experience truly unforgettable. We felt so well taken care of and would 100% recommend this tour to anyone—especially with Lisa leading the way!

We spent three excellent days with our driver 超哥 and guide Patrick. Patrick will send texts to us at least 12 hours beforehand and advised us of our trip plan for the next day before we exit the car. He also helped us with checking in the hotels and recommended restaurants. We liked the stories and local culture he shared with us during the trips. The driver was very nice! Very safe and pleasant trip overall.

The first day of our Banff tour was truly enjoyable! Our guide Lisa was humorous and engaging in her commentary, the itinerary was well-organized, and she was very knowledgeable about every attraction. She shared great tips on food, fun, and photo spots, making the whole day both relaxing and fulfilling. Our driver Larry drove smoothly and handled our luggage with care — we truly appreciate his hard work and professionalism! Tomorrow, we’ll be with a different guide and driver, and we hope the rest of the trip goes just as smoothly! For the remaining 3 days of the trip, our guide and driver was JEFF, who was exceptionally professional, dedicated, and provided thoughtful service—big thumbs up! Another highlight worth praising is the excellent online seat selection feature on the Westar APP!
